    TNA don't have no compete clauses in their contract only WWE do. Punk being suspended is a nice way to continue the storyline but he will be back for the PPV to end it there. If his contract "ends" then then they will put him back on the PPV.

    Vince would definitely have given the okay for that to happen. Makes it more real and you can't give him a scripted promo otherwise it will sound fake. McMahon has done it before where he lets them cut a semi-shoot promo when the time calls for it, e.g. Joey Styles when he left the announce table.

    Excellent way to end the show and the direction of Punk's character is fantastic. When he goes he will be sorely missed. I want to say thanks to everyone that posted in this thread. We beat 200+ posts again and these chats make the show better for me since I can discuss things in real time...

    I definitely see Punk appearing. Ryan is meant to be "injured" but that could just be a swerve by Punk. Tables are in the ring.

    Curtis has to get a tag team title shot since that was the prize for winning NXT 4. But I wouldn't team him with Riley, give him someone else on Smackdown who isn't being used much, possibly Brodus Clay.

    They always run over by about ten minutes so they is enough time for them. Punk should make an appearance in the mainevent. WWE promoting the Cage match DVD as well. Some good DVD compilations released in recent months by WWE.

    Just shows that tag team wrestling could mean something in WWE if they gave tag team matches ten plus minutes on RAW, Smackdown and PPVs.

    That was a good tag team match and they were given a good amount of time. Riley is still using that lifting DDT as his finisher. Cena vs. Truth is still to come and there is only ten minutes left plus overrun.
