No idea, I don't think WWE could have screwed that character up any worse than they did. It had so much potential but WWE didn't book long term and screwed themselves over.
I don't think that this concept is stupid, it adds a lot of star power by only allowing former WWE champions in the match.
I seem to remember them doing something similar in the past, only former World or WWE champions were allowed in the match.
But this isn't a ladder match. If it was a normal ladder match I would agree but this is MITB and the concept needs more than two wrestlers.
By the way if people want to talk about the WWE Championship MITB ladder match head over to the thread in the MITB section...
I was looking at a list of WWE champions before and I think that everyone that could enter has been mentioned. Unless there is a surprise return and someone like Batista, Jeff Hardy, RVD or Angle returns.
Ziggler is a former World Champion, not WWE champion, so he doesn't qualify for the match.
6 was the original number before WWE started bumping it up each year.
Pretty good RAW so far with John Cena vs. Chris Jericho still to come.
Disappointed there was no reference to the tag team division this week, maybe they will do something on Smackdown tomorrow.
Next tuesday Super Smackdown Live: The Great American Bash. Good to see another live Smackdown and it should have all the RAW stars there are well if it is a Super show.
