    it's a little of both. They've done both results. I've seen refs raise hand sometimes (Kofi/Jey vs. Imperium a month or so ago).

    Glad it was just 2 teams though. Was worried it'd be like 5 different teams coming out. Both teams there can have some levels of rationality for them getting a title shot.
