    It was a great showcase for Melo. Would I have rather had interference in the match maybe but it definitely doesn't hurt Melo to lose to Finn Balor, someone a few levels above him. Especially if he fucks up Corbin tomorrow (which I fully expect now that he is seemingly done with Balor).

    I wonder what would have happened if he didn't get injured. I almost wonder if he'd have a few months before losing it to KO anyway. And knowing we'd get the Goldberg reign in February anyway I wonder if not getting to defend it was a blessing in disguise.

    Not a terrible take, but Hayes is exponentially more fluid as a wrestler. Montez is crazy athletic but feels more rigid where Hayes is smooth as hell in the ring.
