    They're in markets that actually worked for both leagues. The Jersey team for the USFL was unable to even play in Jersey (they played in Michigan). The Jersey XFL2.0 team failed miserably. Same for California. Go to football hotbeds, not media markets. I'ma rep my St. Louis BattleHawks again...
