    My understanding is that the cap was always meant to be a suggestion as in this is the MAX that you can do for your match whether it is 1,2,3,4 or however many. It was never meant to be a requirement or a prerequisite to fulfill to have the optimal chance at winning but merely just a suggestion...

    I think there needs to be a discussion about the titles done eventually. Cause there seems to be definite division about the belts.
