As Chris said this was a cross-promotion for Bellator's first PPV which was to be headlined by Tito vs. Rampage Jackson. They both got pulled because there was a risk of injury, even though Tito in particular never got physical once. Tito got injured anyway. And the PPV was bumped to free TV... -
