I've seen the video, and it was one of those dumb dropkicks her does trying to get the guy to slump onto the ropes for the 619. He accidentally kicks him on the side of the neck.
I've never been a fan of the 619, but seriously this is tragic news. I feel for the family and friends of this fallen man. I hope this doesn't eat Rey up too badly.
