AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

Tony Khan is my hero for actually doing it. While on actual NFL television and everything no less and getting nfl.com to even report on it.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

Even outside Roddy, I don’t think that’s the plan for Ospreay. They’re very clearly gearing up for a UE vs family feud and I don’t think the title is earmarked for that. Especially when his tactics are being questioned. I feel his losing the match is what’s gonna spark the angle off. As for...

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

Fair assessment. I’ve been a Roddy mark for 15+ years so I still Wade through the other stuff and mark for him first, but he’s definitely not at the top of stuff being done. But he’s also the workhorse champion. That’s sometimes the role it plays.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

To be clear, the angle itself is a mess. Tony lost control of it. I like the performers and the stable minus Wardlow. The potential is still there and it’ll be great once Tony realizes what he wants them to do and I assume that happen once Wardlow is removed and Cole is healthy to work. In...

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

I mean Ospreay and Switch gonna bang so fucking hard. I’m getting sweats. I think that might be after will wins the world title, but no complaints when it happens.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

I do think once he joins MJF as a full circle moment, I should like Wardlow again.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

I never thought Wardlow fit, but I assumed his story with MJF would come into play and didn’t. So he’s kinda dragging down the energy. Can’t wait for him to catch a superkick.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

Like I said we couldn’t disagree more. Well, I also hate Jericho, but undisputed kingdom is my favorite thing on AEW tv.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

I’m obviously biased for strong so I want him to retain. I also feel Ospreay has a feud with the family that he will be focused on after this show. Then I think we all assume after that he might be elevated to the world title. It would be July by that point. All In build.

AEW Dynamite April 24, 2024 - Jon Moxley defends IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against Powerhouse Hobbs

I really don’t think you and I could disagree more on AEW opinions. Also, his only two PPV programs? So, he’s batting a hundred? :bosque (I kid, sort of)

If we get Kenny and Okada five out of this, though :banderas:

They got a point though about this being the greatest version of the elite possibly because Okada’s got the continental and Box have the tags. The elite never did the all goal thing in AW right? Unless the bucks had the tags when Kenny was the world champion but I don’t think so.
