    They had the Azteca mini-series at one point and last year Fusion went dormant during the short run of Underground on REELZ.

    They still presumably have a deal in place with Bein Sports so I can’t imagine they want to replace a weekly show on Thursdays with one show a month on Saturday nights at 10pm. So I do have to wonder if maybe this is temporary and Court is just experimenting.

    Unless they add more pretapes and angle building segments to the PLEs to build to future PLEs. Which I wouldn’t be entirely against. I just liked the Fusion branding, though.

    I mean it would be easier, but as a storytelling fan, it’s way harder to sell all the stories they need to for their monthly ple off a single tv special.
