    Pretty much everything you said here. Well, well said. Jeff didn't crossover into pop culture, but that doesn't take away what he did in the ring and how fans reacted to him. While I also don't see his charisma either, personally. Both can be true at the same time.

    The word Deezy is looking for is transcends. That's what it means when people who don't follow the sport know who you are. Other words that can be used for this are icon or legend. Someone who transcends wrestling into the pop culture zeitgeist. Over means the wrestler and/or their act connects...
