    Kay was speaking on behalf of what told to her and Green was speaking of her own bullying not that Japan incident. I definitely believe Tessa bullied people. She was a bit of bitch when she was younger.

    The account by these people are in between the Tessa and Rose sides so that's why I think someone there spoke to them. We may never never know the full truth, but I think it's pretty close to this because this admits it happened, just not as Sienna said.
