    So rate it by his Hall character. You're overthinking this. When I rated him I considered his WCW work far more because it spanned more of his career.

    If you split him, you'd have to split anyone that worked more than one character I don't think that's what we're doing here. You just have to average all the characters and get a rating you think fits his entire career. KIF earlier said his WCW work lowered his ring work, etc.

    As far as I'm aware it's Scott Hall in general. He just chose to use the Razor Ramon name. Like when Hall went into the Hall of Fame under Razor Ramon.
