    I doubt very much Mattel would end a working relationship over a rare blood spot once in a blue moon. Mattel's strongest edict to WWE was no men on women violence. It should also be noted they only did a two-year extension so they might even pull out over unrelated matters.

    WWE went public in 1999 when there was a ton of blood on television. First thing WWE did was tone down the sex in 2000, but blood continued for years. WWE could easily do some rare blood angles and maintain a PG rating that satisfies who they need to.
