    It's usually easier to do that. Most main eventers will win a belt on each brand if they swap around. Batista, Edge, Cena, Randy, Triple H, etc all won the top belt on both shows, but not all of them won the IC or US or either. That's why the triple crown was such an honor, not every superstar...

    Your own link even said she's not the Grand Slam Champion. As for lowering the bar, it's always been World, IC, Tag. They removed the need to win a singles secondary belt because they don't have one.

As for not understanding it, it's always been for the MEN to bbbbbbee if you've won one world title, one upper singles belt like the Intercontinental, one singles belt below the secondary belt like the US Title, and one tag team title. Bayley basically won 4 world titles...
