    He is going to AEW. Japanese society pretty much dictates this. New Japan could pay him anything he wants so he is not leaving for the money.

    Okada has often said he doesnt want to leave Japan but that doesnt mean he won't. In fact, it could make him leaving an even bigger story.

    I know but I could almost see them allowing it... I know they have not always been on great terms with WWE, but they could do it because of all he has done for New Japan. On the other hand, since Japan is a staunch collectivist society, they could also be quite pissed at him leaving and not.
