    It is nearly impossible to be shady when it comes to running a public company. Vince can hire all the lawyers he wants but he doesn't have more power than the SEC

    Word is now that minority stockholders are preparing a lawsuit against Vince for breaking his fiduciary responsibilities to the stock holders, something I have seen coming for about a week now. You can't do all this non transparent stuff in a publicly traded company and I would have wished...
