    It's not necessarily that popular opinion would influence them. It's more that they can manipulate their voting to get someone they want in, instead of voting according to who they think actually deserves it the most.

    I made a small change to the criteria that wrestlers need to at least be semi-retired to be eligible for nomination. Meaning you could nominate Goldberg, John Cena, Triple H, Undertaker and such... but no nominating guys like Randy Orton and Jeff Hardy, and obviously no nominating full time guys...
