    Huge title win for Sting. Sting's 1988 was his frustrating battle to win a title. Time after time, he was screwed out of winning a belt. As it turns out, all he needed to do was stop going after titles controlled by the Horsemen.

    Man, New Japan was on such a weird MMA kick in those final years with Inoki.

    Most of the matches from the first Clash does too though. Out of the 4 (??? - Survivor/Starrcade, Rumble/Bunkhouse, Mania 4/Clash 1 and Mania 5/Clash 6), the WM 4/Clash 1 was the most uneven pair of shows. Clash 1 was an awesome show and Mania 4 was subpar.
