    For sure... just imagine he'd cash in after Roman was in some 20 minute bout or something... then you'd not only have the Consolation Heavyweight Title, but you also had to "steal" the belt from Roman as well... It's almost like Vince got the Roman booking he wanted to do from day one all those...
