Tbh an easy fix for readers if they use a different skin than a writer is just to highlight the text lol it's not as pretty but it's readable and no one has to change anything
Easy fix is to use the "default color" option or whatever it's called. It'll be white on dark layouts and black on light layouts. And outside of that I try and pick colors that look decent on both skins but that isn't always easy
