Semi-related but I recently discovered this movie existed bc people were talking about wrestling movies after the Von Erich one was released. It's phenomenal and on Hoopla, which if any of you delinquents actually have library cards let's you watch for free

The one I'm listening to is 1000 hours from Karl Stern on WhenItWasCool, it's also on the Observer feed. It's pre-1900s mostly, he mostly just reads from newspaper databases so it can get boring and some topic requests he can't find much on but I enjoy it
Yeah I can only vote on what I know and I just don't know pre-1950s history near as much but I've actually been learning a lot about pre-1900s specifically lol
He would be but I'm more fuzzy on if we could do Briscoes as a team since Mark doesn't meet the age or retirement requirement. I would say yes bc the team is can't be active with Jay gone and also to further my case...TEW will induct tag teams to HOFs when only one retires even if the other is...
I would vote in Christine over Jeff tbh and I don't even hate Jeff like some, she deserves a crazy amount of credit tho and I'm glad I've seen Jeff give it to her on multiple occasions
Yeah I think you both make good points but I'm more with EC here. Like I want those guys in too, but this is also the WrestlingSmarks HOF so I don't want to force people to only vote from guys they don't know to get them in. I think we should leave it more natural even with the clear bias it...
Because I had Ric Flair, Undertaker, Roddy Piper, Mick Foley, The Rock, Randy Savage, Shawn Michaels, Kurt Angle, Andre the Giant, and Bret Hart on my list and we could only have 10.
Ric Flair
The Undertaker
Roddy Piper
Mick Foley
The Rock
Randy Savage
Shawn Michaels
Kurt Angle
Andre the Giant
Bret Hart
Jericho was originally 10th on my list but I replaced him with Hart.
Nah I love Eddie, but when I started making my list, he was cut pretty early. Which did make me kinda sad, cutting down the last 5 or so was fuckin' terrible tho
Yeah I had Jericho on my list but changed him when I saw the full-time criteria. EC said he could still count bc it's a gray area, but I'd rather limit my own list to retired or part-time guys.
