    I just assume every time someone asks this (unless they specify in-ring), that they mean overall talent, ring skills, mic skills, etc. as in who is just the "best" in an overall sense.

    I do agree Alexa should be on here, but I think she'd be rated really high on most people's list but not at the top so she probably wouldn't get many votes anyway.

    I'm a pretty big fan of this women's roster especially if you include NXT as well, so I'm not really gonna argue with any top pick but this is easily Charlotte for me. I question her booking sometimes, but she always fuckin' delivers every time she's out there and she just feels a step above...
