    not really, he has not lost a singles match (hasnt had any) since losing his title. his record is therefor still x-1. he's won every multi man or tag match he has had since.

    technically it is, in a way - the number 1 of each division is the contender for the respective top title. But like chris said, I like to see it more like a p4p or even better kind of like a POWER RANKING
