I don't blame Dale in saying that because even as much I respect Liv she's not on their list as opponents for Mania next Year I feel. I would say Bianca or Jade could be a high possiblity for Rhea if she gets back the Women's Title by then for WM 41.

So when is that Draft again because this would be the perfect time to put over or bring up a new talent to take the Raw Women's Title if Rhea has to stay out for a little bit of time.
