    NXT has the network. ECW was originally going be a dot com exclusive that travelled around too. And it wasn't a developmental. And bayley isn't someone you bring up with a bunch of others, either she's Sasha's mystery partner or she's not coming until after Summerslam or even Mania.

    It also grew into a self sustaining brand that has a major tv platform and actual ppv and house shows. Not even TNA or New Japan have that. It's not just developmental anymore. That's what the PC is.
