    It's not just "come get some." It's "You want some...*pause*...Come. Get. Some." "Hell yeah" was also around before Stone Cold, but it's largely attributed to being his catchphrase.

    I would hardly consider a change of shorts an "evolution." Anyway, Cena already explained that he wears jean shorts so that he can carry a cell phone with him even when he wrestles. Lame, but pragmatic.
