    Maybe he did, but the rest of America, hiding under their tables like it will do any good, didn't know that. JFK created a lot of unnecessary panic in the country when there could have been safer ways to settle it.

    Well, it's not really a motivation factor that maes me disbelieve it, since I know our government cares more about money than anything else, it's just that a lot of the points that were made were easily refuted. But JFK. He was literally challenging The Soviets to start a nuclear war with us...
