    Elijah Burke. He is great in the ring, cuts great promos much better then Cor Von, and is a good heel. He should get it before Cor Von although Cor Von is also a good choice. Burke I could see really carrying ECW as champ, as for Cor Von...not so much. He would be hell of a good IC champion, but...
