No being a heel is allot easier. To be a heel you just need to be an ass to the fans and build your character. To be a face you need to find a way to make the fans cheer you while not being corny and cheesy.

Shelton is not really a "older guy" He' can still go as good as any young guy. I find most wrestlers don't develop into great talkers as faces. Most times going over as a heel for a bit helps develop a character and how to talk. CM punk wasn't ranked a great talker in wwe until he went heel...
What could Shelton do that Kofi couldn't. I don't want them bringing him in just not use him properly.
