    ^Heenan made that segment, WWF should have made him Luger's full time manager.

    ^ I agree that the character made sense for Luger but it still bombed it has be said, part the problem was his weak promos which are a key part of that sort of heel getting over. But Wall was far worse of course what a fitting name for that guy!
