I think a mix between the OC reign and PAC reign would be cool. I did like the gimmick of it being defended elsewhere which OC hasn't done much (his reign has been goated tho and has made it the number 2 title in the company imo)
Swerve or RUSH. MIRO's promo also kind of hinted he is not going after a title for a while and not sure I would reward someone who said they weren't going to lose straight away with a title.
