UFC 147: Silva vs. Franklin II
The Countdown special still can't get me interested in the show. I will check out what happens in the mainevent and with Werdum in his UFC debut and that will be it, nothing else on the card interests me. I am sure that it will be fun for the fans in the arena since 95% of the fighters are locals. -

I like the mainevent because I still think that Wandy will be finished but I will skip this card. I will just check the results after to hopefully see Franklin win by stoppage. -

Good that they managed to find another stadium to hold the event in but they desperately need some more star power to make this event interesting for those outside of Brazil. Based on the rumoured card I won't be buying this PPV. -

It is still in Brazil but without this fight it loses a lot of it's appeal. Can't see it doing that well outside of Brazil on PPV now. -

Well this card certainly loses its appeal as does the MW title fight. A big part of the appeal was it happening in Brazil and seeing how a crowd of 55k mad Brazilians react to Sonnen. Belfort is going to beat Silva within a few minutes so it is going to be a massive let down. -

What is more important the UN or Sonnen vs. Silva II? Clearly it is the latter. Shouldn't be a massive issue though, just delay the show by one week and that will sort it all out. -

Very happy that this fight is now official and that we get Belfort vs. Wandy on the same card. To warm us up for the mainevent we get to see Belfort KOing Wandy so that is a bonus. Only problem with all these top cards are I have to wait so long to see these fights I want to watch them now! -

Very happy that they booked it for an 80k seat stadium. It wouldn't have done this fight and feud justice if it was held in a 20k arena. The visual of this event will be stunning and the crowd is going to go insane for this fight. -

Not too fussed with the result. Silva has been an awesome champion and is one of the best fighters of all time so I would be happy to see him successfully defend his title again. On the other hand Sonnen winning in Brazil in front of tens of thousands of Brazilian fans is something that I want... -

Would be even better if they give him a translator that has to translate everything he says bit by bit. Would get the crowd nicely worked up before the mainevent. -

Hopefully they get it done, would be a great atmosphere with 50k people cheering Silva and booing Sonnen. UFC should change things up and allow both fighters to do pre fight promos in the Octagon just before the square off. -

Are UFC booking this event in a soccer stadium so they can get 50k+ at the event or did they relent and put it in a smaller stadium? I would hope that they would go for the biggest arena possible since they will sell it out no matter what. -

The Sonnen/Silva fight alone sells the PPV for me. I want to see how the rematch goes and I want to see the crowd reacting to the whole situation. The crowd will be intense and a Sonnen win could spark a riot and part of me wants to see that happen. Not really too fussed about the rest of the...
