Yeah he absolutely HAS to start out with them at least. If they're planning on not putting him with The Bloodline then I don't see the reason to rush him to the main so soon.
I'd personally probably wait until they've lost the titles and are in the rebuilding phase to bring him in as a fresh coat of paint. Unless they use him as a heavy to use in the LMS standing match with Brock :hmm:
