    I think legally he gets attempted murder regardless barring any other outlandish details we aren't aware of. And rightfully so, the reason being legit doesn't really excuse it, especially if this was his first course of action about it. I'd probably change my tune if it comes out that the level...

    Yeah I mean with a lack of details it could still very well be Cain not much if a villain here IMO. Legally...the shooting part is still wrong in most every scenario though, but some shit like that would at least be more understandable
