    Insanely lucky. The fall through the table isn't the worst. He didn't plan for the roof to bust through when he took the chokeslam on it. He goes 20 feet down to the mat, a steel chair from the roof comes down and knocks out a few of his teeth. It is an ungodly fall.

    He hits the table and it's obliterated and all, but he hits it with such force that he ends up going under the rails I believe.

    I watched it live on pay per view. We all thought Mankind was dead for about 5 minutes.
