Former Newcastle player Cheick Tiote has died at age 30. He collapsed from a heart attack during training with his club Beijin Enterprises in China during practice and died on the pitch. RIP

Il Bimbo de Oro, played his last ever career game today. Finishing off a fantastic 24 year career in pro football, playing for AS Roma for his entire pro career and youth career. I'm honestly a bit misty eyed. Totti was my childhood favorite player, I got my first pack of football cards as a 7...

I don't worry too much. Wembley's pitch has the same dimensions as the King Power and the K-com. And we saw how those last two matches there went. The more Spurs play at Wembley, the better it will get. Will there be a adaptation period? Probably. But Poch says they will start training on...

Congrats to Chelsea on the title. Spurs solidified second place today with a 2-1 win over Man United in the last ever game at the lane, which will be demolished to make room for our new stadium. This means we went undefeated at the lane for its entire last season. That's a big fucking...

That is true. They've had good seasons but failed based off expectations, not results (maybe United considering how much money they spent and who they brought in to train straight up lost). Spurs have a young squad so I hope they've learned from their mistakes in the cups, strengthen the squad...

Grrr. Frustrating game last night. Fair to West Hame for parking the buss and scoring when given the chance. Felt like Spurs were not fully focused. Season's not dead yet (well, it is but still a few games to play). Can't call this season a failure since it will be our second straight top 3...

Can't complain about yesterday's results outside of Chelsea winning. But my spurs played a great derby game against Arsenal and won rather comfortably. the Manchester teams drawing was also nice.

Hopefully it is a hard reboot for them. Even if they don't go up immediately it will allow them to hit the reset button and start over.

I kinda want the Madrid derby in the semi finals just so we don't get the same final two years in a row.

Good week for my Spurs. Solid 2-0 win at Burnley last Saturday, then the fantastic comeback at Swansea on Wednesday to win 1-3, and then finishing it off with the 4-0 win over Watford on the weekend. Extending our record setting unbeaten at the Lane run to 11. Fitting that we set a new record...

The Swedish football season started this weekend and I cannot complain with the results. My team (GIF Sundsvall) started off with a win against newcomers Athletic Eskilstuna with a 3-1 win at home. Only downside was I had tickets but ended up home due to getting sick. We played decently with a...

Speaking as someone who just had a similar mentality to his national team. Seemed like Portugal just stopped caring once Ronaldo went off. Like when the big name stepped up they didn't feel as motivated. Sweden played well in the first half as well and we were almost dead even in scoring...

So a very B-sided Sweden managed to play catch up on a 2-0 Portuguese lead (Portugal was also pretty B-sided) to win 2-3 in Madeira. I was happy with a draw but I'm not exactly saying no to a 92nd minute own goal when given one

Sweden beat Belarus 4-0 in a world cup qualifier yesterday. That's great news. Bad news is I was working and only caught the second half on the radio on the drive home. On another positive Bulgaria managed to upset the Netherlands so Sweden got to pull ahead a bit in our group.
