At this point he's being punished with what is believed to be a fine, but no suspension. Vince McMahon was apparently mad because WWE was the last to report...

    I say make him pay for the damages(which is around $30,000) and that's it.Him being a blueberry and destroying a hotel room has nothing to do with wrestling and all he should do is pay the 30 grand and then just move on.
