    Brock was Champion and he left all the time. There are plenty instances where in “kayfabe” a part time guy was Champion. Guys have filmed movies while being Champion before. Wouldn’t be the first time a guy “fulfilled his obligations” while being Champion. That being said, Cena isn’t winning...
