    Revisionist History surrounding Chris Kreski

I thought there was improvement when Rock came back and Gewirtz stepped down as head of creative. Then we got the Shield, Daniel Bryan, Authority and Rock come back. We still had storyline and character and actual selling. Now wrestlers today piss on that era.

True, while 2002-2015 was garbage compared to 1997-2002 and 1984-1994, it’s still way better than today. That’s how you know we’re watching the worst product ever, when it makes that era look better.

There is no excuse, in real life many big unskilled guys who can’t fight get beat. This is pro wrestling though, the big guys on top of the card should never ever get beat by smaller guys. A kurgan or a Mason Ryan, but not someone like Lesnar or Goldberg. Lesnar should be beating guys like...

It doesn’t matter if you’re smarter, if you’re smaller and significantly weaker, you’re not conjure enough strength to get a roll up on them, nor will your offense hurt them.

Big Show and Khali are giants who could barely move against normal big muscular guys, not small midgets compared to normally big muscular guys. Apples to oranges. And it’s not an opinion, a guy like Cody Rhodes or Kenny Omega are not beating a guy like The Rock or Kurt Angle, they’re far...

No it’s a concrete fact. Only a niche fanatic base likes today’s matches, the real world doesn’t. That’s why most watch classic matches, and have watched the older matches because they drew more. Today’s matches don’t draw, they objectively suck.

Today’s matches suck. They make the hardcore division from the attitude era look like a Nolan film in comparison. One of the main problems is today’s in ring, there’s no selling and only flips. Smaller guys shouldn’t beat bigger guys either, that has to go.

That reinvigorated his career. The WWE revised history claiming it killed the attitude era... despite the attitude era continuing until 2002z They claimed it hurt Austin... despite improving his merchandise sales They claimed no one wanted to boo Austin or see Austin with McMahon... despite...

    Revisionist History surrounding Chris Kreski

I point to when Kreski left, because the formula and pace of the show remained until the brand split, then when Kreski leaves in June 2002 the formula miraculously changes. I refuse to believe that Stephanie was writing in the exact same Kreski format through WM 17 and Invasion because when she...

    Revisionist History surrounding Chris Kreski

Chris Kreski was the 2nd most successful writer in wrestling history following Vince Russo, as he continued Russo’s character and storyline universe while expanding it and continuing to use Russo’s formula of short matches and focus on storyline & skits. There is some revisionist history...
