Reviewing every WWE PPV in order from worst to best

I'm kind of spoiling what my next review will be about. But I just rewatched the Rollins & Ambrose match from TLC 2018. Um. So please help me out, why does everyone hate this match so much because I really don't think it was that bad. Legitimately asking.

Survivor Series 2014 So the night begins with a promo because of course it does. Even on PPV, we couldn't escape from a fucking Authority promo opening. Vince McMahon actually is the one who calls Triple H & Stephanie out. And then he calls John Cena out and all of them just talk about the...

Backlash 2025 Match 1: United States Championship Fatal 4-Way Match - Jacob Fatu (c) def. LA Knight, Drew McIntyre & Damian Priest (18:14) A fun match to start our night off. I thought Jacob Fatu and Drew McIntyre both were awesome here. The first several minutes are fine. They're nothing...

WrestleMania XIV Match 1: WWF Tag Team Championship #1 Contenders Battle Royal - The Legion of Doom won by last eliminating The Midnight Express (8:19) Honestly, I'm glad we got the worst part of the night out of the way first. This was messy. First off, only 2 teams got an entrance...

I will give the show this though, it is hilarious in an ironic way.

Counting the one I just gave it, it has 128. Which isn't a lot I suppose, especially when you consider how many the newer shows get.

Royal Rumble 1991 Match 1: The Rockers def. The Orient Express (19:13) Wow, what a match this was. I'd heard good things but the creativity of some of the spots was fantastic. The Orient Express knock Jannetty out of the ring before their music stops. The bell rings and go to double team...

The way they booked Braun in 2018 was atrocious. They booked him like a beast for 2 years. Put the briefcase on him only to do exactly as you said. Everyone clowns on his reign in 2020, but it came 2 years too late, after they nerfed the hell out of him.

Money in the Bank 2018 Match 1: Daniel Bryan def. Big Cass (16:20) Starting the night off, surprisingly enough, not with a Ladder Match, but with Daniel Bryan. Which is probably better to be honest. I really liked this match. Daniel Bryan could have a good match with a broom if he had to...

WrestleMania 41 Night 2 Match 1: Women's World Championship Triple Threat Match - Iyo Sky (c) def. Rhea Ripley & Bianca Belair (14:26) Holy crap. If you wanna start off WrestleMania the right way, this is how you do it. This was a thrill from start to finish. All 3 ladies showed up as we...

WrestleMania 41 Night 1 Match 1: World Heavyweight Championship Match - Jey Uso def. Gunther (c) (16:21) Ya know what, I'm just gonna say it. The match is good. This match had a 4.22 on Cagematch. A 4.22? For this? Its not my favorite match in the world but its good. Such drama queens...

In the meantime, with it being the 2 year anniversary, I think it would be cool to look back at every match I've rated 5 stars in the thread so far. 1. Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena vs. Seth Rollins - Royal Rumble 2015 2. Shawn Michaels vs. Mankind - Mind Games 1996 3. Undertaker vs. Shawn...

I've been so busy lately that I completely forgot that last week, it was 2 years since I began this thread. Didn't think it'd be going on this long. But also didn't think I'd get this far. I'm committed though so if it takes me 2 more years, I'll finish this eventually

Elimination Chamber 2013 Match 1: World Heavyweight Championship Match - Alberto Del Rio (c) def. Big Show (13:14) God dammit, I can't believe they resigned this tool… Anyway, this match actually isn't bad as it sounds on paper. I thought they did a fine job of navigating the size...

One Night Only (1997) Match 1: Hunter Hearst Helmsley def. Dude Love (12:51) One of the weaker matches between HHH and Mick Foley, but their chemistry was always good. Dude Love is the one in control for the early part of the match. Hunter can't seem to get out of the gate for a while. But...

Judgment Day 2001 Match 1: William Regal def. Rikishi (3:56) Wow. What an opener. This match sucks but at least its over quick. Rikishi goes for the stinkface early, but Regal is able to get out of there. But a couple minutes later, Rikishi backs that ass up into Regal's face and Regal...

Thats exactly what it was. It was supposed to be Brock vs Roman Part 743. I wasn't watching anymore but I was still aware of what was happening and when I heard about this, all I could do was shake my head and was glad I stepped away when I did.
