    Joined WC in 2012 and that was my first wrestling forum. Joined WF in 2018 for mafia (which... yeah...) before settling here shortly before Smark got banned from WC.

    Correct. The "Integral" option is usually for Japanese based companies, same with the Young Lion feature.

    Like for example, if you want your company centered around stables, you can change the product to have stables be an "Integral" part of your company. Same with managers being important to the company too.

    Tbf if you're running the company you have complete control, it's just when the AI runs it in other companies. AI skills, personality, company recommended roster size, product, etc. All come into play for what the AI does.
