    This one is excellent imo. The BG is very fitting, the pic I find blends perfectly. Th eonly negative thing I can say, and its a very small thing is the Randy Orton text. It doesn't look like it is a part of the signature, it kinda looks like it is floating on top of it if that makes any sense...

    I whole heartedly agree with you. Personally I wouldn't put Matt Hardy near a world title for a few years, but if his popularity stays as strong as it is, I would put the belt on him eventually. Even if it is just for a month.
