Similar workers, similar characters, similar experience, and neither are overly focused on having flashy matches - all things that kinda distinguished...

    He had shared a video on his IG story of some pastor (or similar role) doing a sermon about how people need to beat their kids, essentially. Understandably, some people weren't too fond of that. But also understandably, it blew over pretty quickly.

    Hoping to drop 20lbs by the end of the month. I know it's unrealistic to think I'll drop 9 every week, but if I can do a few pounds per week, will be no problem.

    Pretty easy though. Just gotta track your calories mainly. Don't overeat and get a little (or a lotta) exercise in, it's pretty easy to drop weight. Especially when you already a burly boy like me.
