The HOF is nothing more than a marketing tool. They want to have a big promo leading up to it so they put Stone Cold in. They will probably announce another movie for him a few days before.
I love title changes outside of PPVs. I saw Hardy last week at a house show and he could barely bend his legs. I am sure that has something to do with him losing the title and possibly taking time off.
