I think ppl don't understand the difference between being inclusive and being offended. No one is actually ever offended by being wished a merry christmas. Places just say Happy Holidays as a catch all. fsr, weirdo right wingers have weaponized this and painted themselves as victims over it. It's a lot of small dick energy

Exactly. Saying Merry Christmas is wishing someone a good day and I have never met a liberal, an atheist or anyone who is offended by it.

I always just used both interchangeably. Never give a damn which one is used to me and if I am with someone Jewish I usually say "Have a Happy Hanukkah" or something. If you're in a public place and don't know, Happy Holidays is cool. If someone says Happy Holidays to me, cool.
