It would take elements of a few things. Some fantasy, little of D&D, little of Hunger Games itself, wrestling kayfabe lore, and a sort of inventory system to help you and your chosen wrestling personality gain some form of upper hand. It would be done in morning-midday-night cycles. Partly randomly generated (as in who comes upon what and who encounters who). There would be a loose story to follow, where VKM & TK are sort of overlords, have taken over the world and are competing with each other. Nobody "dies", they just get brutally eliminated.
