WWE posted a fourth cryptic walking teaser on Monday morning.

So far they have posted 4 videos of someone walking. All we see are boots and the ground they're walking on.

I don't think it's as unusual as you're making it sound, especially in the age of social media. There are teasers for movie trailers, and the same for album rollouts.
