According to Pockrass, NASCAR has told the courts that it will be issuing a charter to a new team in 2026. This is not one of the charters from the SHR shutdown, and by all accounts, NASCAR considers the 23XI/FRM charters "suspended." They have no intention of distributing those.

Id be all for Corey Heim going to the 88 next year. Got a feeling Toyota will do all that they can to hang on to him though.

Zilisch and the 88 wins again! What a wild couple of restarts at the end. Amazes me how cool under pressure Zilisch is. Lost the lead and then fought to get it back.
