Recap of Kurt snapping Joe's girlfriend's ankle last week.

In the back, Joe storms Cornette's office and demands Angle tonight. Jim clams him down and tells him to wait till Final Resolution as Kurt has a match tonight. Joe jumps on it, but Jim tells him not to even think about it and he wants him out of the building. Joe freaks out as Corny says this to save people from getting hurt, and Joe says he's not here to hurt people or even him, HE'S HERE TO HURT KURT AND HE WILL FINISH WHAT HE STARTED.

TONIGHT THE END OF YEAR AWARDS. KURT VS CAGE. OK RUSSO, I'LL BITE.

Match#1 Robert Roode w/Ms Brooks vs Rhino
Only 3 minutes because it's hour show, and Russo is booking. Still not a bad little back and forth as Bobby's growth continues each week, and Rhino is still a good warm body to help the kid out. Traci distracts Rhino on the apron, but he moves and Bobby nearly hits her, and Rhino schoolboys him to win.

Post match, Bobby yells at her and makes her go to the back.

On the other side of the Zone, AJ runs out and hits Rhino from behind. They have a fun fight and Rhino sets him up for the Gore, but Bobby comes down and helps AJ turn the tide and beat the shit out of him. AJ lays Rhino out with the Clash, and fist bumps Bobby. Fuck yeah.

In the back, EY asks JB for help as a woman wants to have sex with his friend and he doesn't know what to do, or has the skills. He needs the love doc's help. JB asks if his friend is a s a virgin, and Eric says "No, he's from Kanas" Ms Brooks walks on and flirts with EY and asks if he got what she asked for, and she says he's got till next week to get it or he's fired. EY says he's in a pickle now.

In the back, JB is with Samoa Joe. Joe screams for 4 weeks Kurt tried to get his attention he had to go after someone close to him because he knows he's not the best. Joe can't wait 10 days as it's an entirety, and he will leave after his job is done tonight.

VKM come out for our first horrible segment of the year. Only took 12 minutes, so kudos. BG rants about WWE ignoring them after weeks of challenges, which really speaks to how awful this all is. Kip yells at BG with a megaphone for some reason, and then they calm down and talk about the million dollar challenge they put out to DX. BG calls them by their real names and makes gay jokes, and says they're going to step the game up a notch. BG says Shawn is on a light schedule and he's got time to fight them in his home town, and they're calling him out and it will be high noon at the Alamo. "We won't be hard to find, we'll be the idiots in ponchos and sombreros" hahhahaahha kill me. BG says they'll have the footage next week.

We go to a sitdown with JB and Gail Kim. She says she thought all the problems were behind them, but she has no explanation for what Storm did 3 weeks ago. A very drunk James walks on and pulls up a chair and says she's talking behind his back, and she gets very upset and wants to talk to him. James says TNA don't have a women's division, and the the only ladies he sees is her and JB, and he better shut up before he gets a bottle to the side of the face. JAMES STANDS UP AND DRAGS JB'S CHAIR OFF CAMERA AND WALKS BACK ON. He gets right in her face and tells her that he bought her into TNA, and she has no where to go other than go back and flip rice paddies with her uncle. She's got 7 days to decide, and she gets really upset, AND HE GRABS HER BY THE FACE! Gail says she hasn't talked to Chris yet, and James says he's not coming back and his patience is wearing thin. Incredible stuff.

Match#2 Homicide vs Brother Runt (No DQ)
Runt is drunk and mad as he jumps our boy with a sick flurry of punches and dives, and it's good fun. Plunda gets broken out, and Ci has his head slammed into the post with a chair around his neck. Ci cuts him off and gets a ladder and beats the fuck out of him with some nasty as hell shots. Tenay says it will be LAX/3D for the titles at the PPV. Spike hits the Acid Drop and has it won, but Konnan distracts the ref in a No DQ match, and Hernadez gets in and KILLS Spike with a motherfucker of a Border Toss through a ladder to give Ci the win.

Post match, they go for the kill, but 3D run down and save their little brother and chases them off.

We go to a pre-tape with Lynn, Daniels & Sabin talking about the issues as of late. Big part is the lack of respect they all feel and how they're the best wrestler in the world.

We go to the prison where Abyss is freaking out as Mitchell is screaming at him and keeps calling him an idiot. He shoves Abyss to the ground and says Cage and Tomko know one sentence of the story he knows. A story of love, blood and betrayal and unforgivable sins. He warns him to not make him come back here ever. He has to make a choice tonight as he can't escape his past. He's held the secret for 18 months and now he makes a fool out of him for Sting. ABYSS JUMPS BACK UP AND SLAMS HIM INTO THE FENCE AND SCREAMS LIKE A WILD ANIMAL AS THE CAMERA CUTS AWAY.

Christian and Tomko come down for the main event when Corny shows up on the screen. He says Tomko keeps getting involved, so he's barred from ringside at the PPV. Kurt now comes down, but Joe jumps him and kicks the shit out of him at ringside with those amazing punches right to the face. Angle fights back and we get a killer brawl for the first time this year as they're perfect belting the crap out of each other with whatever they can use. Cage and Tomko stand by as they brawl into the crowd and blackshirts try to break it up. Jim now comes out and tells the security to protect the fans and let em fight. FUCK YEAH.

They brawl out to the back and into the parking lot, and we see a bunch of fans following the brawl in a sick moment. They slam each other into walls and try to rip eyes out whenever they can, and it's the most out of control and coolest thing TNA has done in a few weeks. Kurt locks in the Angle Lock because he's a proper freak, so Joe kicks him off into a steel door and smashes the back of his bad brain into with a gross thud on each shot. They fight all around the building and it gets more wild as they slowly gas themselves out and try to kill the other as quick as they can. Joe drops Kurt through a table with a powerslam, and we come back from the break with Kurt in the ring and Corny begging him to calm down. Joe fights him again, and manages to lock in the choke as all the blackshirts try to pry him off. Corny gets the mic and makes the rubber match a 30 minute Iron Man Match. Uhhh, not sure why it's not steel cage or something, but whatever.

Cage now sneaks back in and attacks Kurt, but our little freak kills him with a German and tries to murder him. Tomko cuts him and beats his ass, but the lights go out and Sting shows up and helps Kurt clear the ring.

Goddamn.

Kurt walks into Cornette's office and asks what he wants. Jim says he gave him the match he wanted with Joe, and let them fight, and tonight he's made sure Joe won't come near him tonight. He now needs Kurt to come to ringside when he asks, and Kurt demands to know why he would want to do that. Jim laughs and says maybe he wants to do something for the person who can choose the next world title challenger. Kurt says he's got him there, and Jim says he's indeed got him where he wants.

TONIGHT; TOMKO VS ABYSS.

Match#1 Kurt Angle vs Maverick Matt w/Serotonin
I forgot these goons were with Raven now, so i got super hyped to hear his music before they walked on scene and ruined it. Kurt murders Matt in quick and awesome fashion with gross suplexes ands strikes and it's lovely to see him go nuts on this complete nothing. Kurt gets rid of the goons and beats Matt with the Angle Lock

In the back, Team 3D are dressed in camo and are standing on a tank. D-Von hums the anthem as Bubba calls LAX disgrace to their race and declare war on them. Ahh, son of a bitch.

We see during the break that Raven beat the shit out of Matt with a cane.

In the back, JB is with Joe
-The big man says he didn't get involved as it was a simple request, but that match is over and he only cares about crippling and hurting him worse than he's ever been hurt before. He says there's 50 minutes left and Kurt better not turn his back.

Match#2 AJ Styles, James Storm & Chris Sabin w/Gail Kim vs Petey Willams, Christopher Daniels & Rhino
Wonderful flurry as the faces rush them and bounce them around the place with as much cool shit as they can muster. Rhino gets isolated after AJ hits him with a Lariat, and the dream team goes to work with a super fun control seg. AJ is perfect again as dirty mean shithead beating Rhino up, and getting the fans to hate him without a fight. Daniels gets the hot tag and lights everyone up, but Sabin attacks him from behind and it all breaks down as it tends to. AJ takes out Rhino with the Forearm and finally goes nose to nose with Daniels, and they have a great back and forth full of hate and awesome moves. AJ hurts his knee off a moonsault and Daniels stupidly falls for it, AND AJ GRABS A SCHOOLBOY AND BEATS HIM FOR 3.

In the back, JB is with Mitchell
-James says for the first time in 18 months he's standing here alone without Abyss. He doesn't know where is or where he's been, all he knows is that the man he made a world champion who was building a dynasty is no longer here. He's now been backed in the corner and he didn't want to do it, but he's been left with no choice. Prove your loyalty or he's going to tell the world. He's the only man he can trust now. He won't yell or scream, he's just going to ask him to stand with him, or else.

At ringside. the cage from KOTM is there with a reserved sign on the front. DW and Mike are very confused.

We go to a pre-tape with JB and Chris Harris
-Chris has an eye patch on. He says he's got a risk of losing his vision, and he's really worried he may never come back to the ring. He can't believe that Storm has done this, and he's still hurt and confused about the whole thing. He doesn't know why it had to come to this when that man was his brother. He will never be able to look back on the last 5 years with a smile. He never wanted AMW to end like this.

In the crowd, LAX are trying to get to the ring as we see 3D standing there. Bubba says they took out Konnan, and we see him on the ground. Bubba says this is the first shot in the war, and LAX will be fighting them at the PPV. I have zero faith in these two old fucks, but LAX should be able to help them.

In the back, EY meets with JB. He has a bottle of pills and says his nipples are very tender now. HE ASKS JB TO TOUCH THEM, AND HE REFUSES. 3D walk on and make him leave. Bubba says more stuff about war and history, and says the NWA titles are their goal. LAX are dead come Sunday.

We go to another horrible VKM segment of them visiting the Alamo. They can't find Shawn, and are very mad.

Christian and Tomko come down to the ring where Corny is waiting for them. Jim says he told him last week that Tomko is barred from ringside for Sunday, so to make everything even he's making Cage get into the cage. Heh, get it. Christian is pissed and says the peeps don't want that for him, and he wants to know whose actually going to get him in there. They corner Jim, so Corny says Cage will lose his title shot if he touches him. He has a guy who owes him a favour that will do it for him, and Kurt comes out and forces Cage into the cage. Kurt now stays at ringside.

Abyss comes out on the other side of the stage as Mitchell looks at him in anger and shock from the other side of the Zone.

Match#3 Tomko vs Abyss
Fun power battle to start as Tomko uses his speed to hut and run, and the big man chases him down and bashes his head in whenever he can. Abyss misses a charge and hits the steps allowing Tomko to take over. Fun control work with some nice punches and elbows, and he's not bad at all. He targets the head and beats the monster down. He tries to use a chair, but Abyss kicks it into his face to finally turn the tide. Joe runs down and throws Kurt into the cage and brawls at ringside. Kurt gets the angle lock on, but Joe manages to kick him off and sends him head first into the table. Cage gets the key and unlocks it, and runs in to attack Abyss with a chair for the DQ

At ringside, Joe is choking Kurt out as blackshirts try to get him off. Back in the ring, the lights go out and Sting makes the save and runs Cage and Tomko off. Abyss raises Sting's hand, BUT HE TURNS IT INTO THE SHOCK TREATMENT AND KILLS HIM AS MITCHELL SCREAMS AT HIM IN JOY. ABYSS DEMANDS HIS TITLE BACK, AND JAMES GIVES IT TO HIM AND THEY REUNITE.

A billon angles and some good matches to boot. Russo is fine thus far... Sure i won't live to regret that.

Another fantastic intro video with Muhammad Ali talking over the top of it, kicks us off.

Match#1 AJ Styles vs Rhino (Last Man Standing)
-it’s announced as Texas Deathmatch Rues.
-AJ runs away right away as DW says AJ is smartly using his speed to tire and piss Rhino off.
-Rhino finally catches him and beats the shit of him, and we get some wonderful over the top AJ bumps.
-RHINO HITS A FUCKING SLINGSHOT SPLASH TO CRUSH AJ ON THE OUTSIDE.
-AJ keeps getting his ass handed to him, but he slips in the Dropkick to the turn the tide.
-Loads of gross punches to the head as he slowly batters him and wears him out on the mat.
-AJ uses his wrist tape to strangle him, and then hits a nasty looking low blow to fuck him up worse
-AJ hits a goddamn perfect looking Splash all the way across the ring to get the 3,
-Rhino gets up at 7 and mounts a tried but awesome comeback as he's badly hurt but guts it out.
-AJ cuts him off again and hits another stunning running flip dive over the ropes and squashes him on the floor
-They fight back in the ring and Rhino shoots off a Spinebuster to get a 3 of his own, and AJ manages to just get back up
-It moves into a fun back and forth with a ton of close calls from both.
-THEY FIGHT OVER A TABLE AND AJ ATOMIC DROPS HIM ONTO THE FUCKING EDGE OF IT. JESUS CHRIST
-AJ stays on him and beats his ass, but he can't put him away and Rhino hits a wicked Gore that turns AJ inside out, and then hits another for the hell of it, and gets the 3.
-AJ's nose is all messed up, and his selling and struggle to get back up is amazing, AND HE NEARLY STANDS UP AT 8 BUT SAYS FUCK IT WHEN HE SEES RHINO SETTING UP A TABLE AND SITS BACK DOWN AND LOSES IT ON PURPOSE. AMAZING BULLSHIT FINISH

Post match, Rhino gets the mic and says AJ is getting finished once and for all as he's still alive. He chases after him down the ramp.

Mike and DW run the card down, but we see Rhino dragging AJ back out and he kills him with the fucking Rhino Driver onto the stage. He gets a table and sets it up for the Gore, BUT AJ MOVES AND SENDS RHINO THROUGH IT AND CRAWLS AWAY.

Hype for the X-Division title match.

In the back, Lynn is being interviewed and gets very mad when he's called a pioneer, and asks if that means he's old and going to die. He swears he's going to teach these punks something new. They will both call him teacher when this is said and done.

Match#2 Christopher Daniels (c) vs Chris Sabin vs Jerry Lynn (NWA-TNA X-Division Championship)
Sabin is a little turd and avoids the battle as the old men fight it out, and we get a lot of cool exchanges between them. Sabin tries to get in, but he gets bashed for his troubles, so he has to sneak in offence. He kills Daniels with a gross running drive by, and fights Lynn for the last few months and it's a blast watching him kick the old man's ass. Sabin controls for a while and shows off how good of a heel he's become as his offence is both killer, and cowardly. He hits a sick dropkick on Daniels into the corner and nearly steals it, but Lynn saves and goes on a fun old man run of offence showing he's still got a little left. They move into some three way spots like a an STO off the top that cracks all their skulls when they land. Finishing run is good shit as everyone goes nuts and gets super close calls. JERRY HITS DANILS WITH THE PILEDRIVER AND HAS IT WON, BUT SABIN CRADLES HIM WITH THE TIGHTS TO STEAL THE TITLE. FUCK YEAH, HAIL SABIN.

In the back, Nash calls himself an expecting father as he wins either way tonight. He brings on Bob Backlund as his judge for tonight and says they travelled the roads together, AND BOB ASKS WHAT ROAD AND SAYS HE'S NEVER BEEN IN A CAR WITH HIM. AMAZING. Nash lists off cities and keeps asking if that was them, and Bob keeps saying no. Nash thinks it might have been Scott Hall, actually. Bob wants to know if Nash has put them men through their paces with squats and time in the ring, and Nash says they played limbo and drank till they puked, and that's pretty rigorous. Bob shakes his head and says those boys are in for a long night.

Kev leaves as Bob stares at JB for a solid minute and never breaks eye contact. EY walks on and asks if JB can take him shopping, and JB says they're at a PPV. EY sees Bob and says he voted for him in 95, and Bob responds the election was in 2000. EY runs off, and Bob goes back to staring at JB.

Hype for Shelley/Starr

Nash joins commentary and introduces the judges, Bob, Fat Naked Oily Guy, and Samolion Joe.

Match#3 Alex Shelley vs Austin Starr (Paparazzi Championship Series Final Match-10 minute time limit)
Kevin kills it right away by saying Shelley is like his first born and he loves him very much. Fantastic feeling out as you'd expect with it being the smoothest stuff possible. Shelley breaks first and wastes Aries with a dropkick, and it moves into a back and forth for a little while with some great escalating the violence as they get pissy at each other. Aries hits a sick twisting springboard splash, AND WALKS OVER TO THE JUDGES AND WRITES TEN POINTS DOWN. He keeps gloating so Shelley goes after him and beats the shit out of him in revenge, and yeah Alex rules as a babyface, AND HE HITS THE AMAZING BABYFACE TOPE RIGHT TO THE CHEST OF ARIES. FUCK YEAH. He keeps at him and avoids Aries attempts to cheat, and rams Aries into the corner and dropkicks his face into the buckles and keeps attacking the body. Aries selling rocks as Shelley keeps on it. He hits a gross springboard DDT to fold Aries in half and get a super close 2.9. The final minute hits and they both go nuts trying to end it, and Aries gets a Camel Clutch on in the last 20, but Shelley refuses to tap at the time limit expires.

JB reads the results and says Joe and Fat guy have voted for Aries and Alex respectfully, so its down to Bob. Bob gets in and says he voted for takedowns and submissions along with other requirements of how the body affects the other man. He says as no one was pinned, but because they filled the match the proper way to entertain the fans, he declares it a draw. JB is very bad as is everyone else about this. Nash now walks over and whispers into JB's ear and demands an overtime, and it's on

Match#4 Alex Shelley vs Austin Star
They trade rollups and get fancier and fancier, and Shelley is the god of that game and gets one with the arms and legs to win.

Post match, all the other guys come out to celebrate with Shelley. Aries is super mad and slaps Nash's hand away when he goes to shake it, and NASH SHOVES HIM DOWN. Aries grabs the mic and screams he has it up to here with this crap. he didn't come here to play games and revitalise Nash's dead career, or play second fiddle to these chumps. He says he respects Senshi and demands he leave him with him, but Ki doesn't move. Aries mocks his voice and slaps him for it, AND KI NOW BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF HIM AND RUNS HIM OFF. Aries shoves the judges and pie faces Bob, AND BOB CHASES AFTER HIM AND LOCKS IN THE CHICKEN WING AND STRANGLES HIM AS BLACKSHIRTS DRAG HIM AWAY.

Hype video for Storm/Petey.

Match#5 James Storm w/Gail Kim vs Petey Willams
Gail is being forced to be here by Storm, and she's very sad. Storm shows right away this turn is the right call for him as he's laying in all his shit and talking up a storm, and it's so damn good. Petey is mostly a warm body for him to do stuff to, and takes a very fun ass beating for Storm. Petey mounts a comeback and grabs Storm for the CD, but Storm shoves him against the ropes and grabs a handful of them to steal the win.

Post match, Petey and Gail argue with the ref about it, but Storm punches Petey in the face and handcuffs him to the ropes. He goes for the bottle, but Gail saves!! She slaps Storm, and grabs her by the neck and goes to hit her, but she low blows him and kicks his ass with awesome body shots. She goes for the bottle, but Jaqueline Moore makes her debut by attacking Gail from behind, and DW calls this an "odd combination" in a funny moment. Storm and Jackie hit the Death Sentence to kill Gail.

We get clips of VKM being awful. I actually forgot they were a thing, but nope its real.

VKM now come out and declare victory over Vince and the WWE after they didn't answer any of their calls. BG actually shouts out Triple H after tearing his quad, and tells him they don't want to see any of the boys go down, so heal your wheel. Well, thats nice. He keeps talking about them being cowards and stupid, and any of the good will is killed right away. Even more so when he starts talking about ratings and K-Fed beating Cena on TV. He says that war is over, and the new one is Vince fighting the fans and insulting them week after week on WWE Raw. BG leads the dipshit fans into singing "We're not going to take it" and yeah it's as bad as it sounds. Christy Hemme now comes out and is very upset for some reason. She says she watched them for 3 months talking about DX and being that foundation, and she thinks Chyna deserves some credit as well. She asks if it because she's a woman in a man's world, and she gets more and more upset as she talks about Lita and Trish running from wrestling because they're disposable, and she doesn't want the same for the women in TNA. She wants to wrestle and be part of this business because she loves it and women deserve better.

BG gets the mic and says they all love wrestling, but half the things she's saying isn't true. Kip snatches the mic and calls her a "slut" and tells her to go back to the strip club she got fired from for daring to interrupting him and tells her to suck it. She says women are good for their bodies and putting men back in line, and she slaps Kip and walks off.

Well, that was horrible.

In the back, Team 3D are with JB, Bubba says this is old school vs new school punks, and this will be the first time LAX don't have Konnan with them. 3D have travelled the world and done it all and people say not to fight them for no reason, but Bubba says he's jealous LAX can call themselves NWA champions and they want the same. They walks off, as Sting walks on and asks where Abyss is. JB isn't sure, so Sting leaves.

Goddamn it, Russo. Let something breath for a minute, you dumbass.

Hype for the tag title match

Match#5 LAX (c) vs Team 3D (NWA-TNA World Tag Team Championships)
Bubba PPV fit update; Baggy shirt and jeans. D-Von has somehow eaten more steroids in the last month, and he might have more gyno than anyone else in wrestling. We get nonsense to start as Hernandez is somehow not able to knock D-Von down after a year of fucking everyone up with ease. Ci is forced to eat shit for Bubba next as the fuck no sells all his stuff, and does lazy bland crap in return. 3D keeps no selling until LAX double team D-Von to take over, and we get our first terrible LAX control seg as it's chinlocks and lazy work, and i don't actually blame them at all. Tenay tries to cover by saying Konnan not being here as lead to them being lost, which serves to make them look like idiots and not the killers we know and love. 3D make a terrible comeback and hit Ci with 3D, but a drunk Runt walks down in a Santa suit and hits a splash on Ci for the DQ.

Post match, Bubba kicks Spike in the head and throws him out of the ring.

In the back, JB is with Joe, and he tells him that this is now a #1 contendership match!!! Joe says this started as who was the best in the world, but Kurt made it personal once he realised he wasn't. Joe will beat him into the ground and cripple him for his crimes. He will break him.

Hype for Joe/Kurt.

Match#6 Samoa Joe vs Kurt Angle (#1 Contenders Match-30 Minute Ironman Match)
Good mat wrestling to start as is the norm, but it does feel off given how this feud has gone over the last month or so. After 4 very fun minutes, Kurt lays in a series of uppercuts and tries to turn it into a fight, and Joe meets with him his epic strikes and he batters him for a while. Kurt goes to the knee to have a chance and drops him and grinds him down on the mat with a choke hold, and really wears him down and forces Joe to fight for every inch of struggling to get out. Joe does get out and goes for a tope, but Kurt is too far out and poor Joe eats ALL the shit as he lands on his fucking face. Kurt sells it to his credit, but that was goddamn nasty. DW actually says if he had hit it cleaner he would have won. Love that man. Kurt takes back control and looks gassed as his shots are weak and lame looking, and he gets sloppy. Joe counters an Angle Lock into the Clutch to win the first fall. Kurt no sells it and goes right back to dominating Joe with shitty looking punches and kicks, and poor Joe is stuck selling for it. Kurt locks in the Angle Lock and makes Joe tap to even it up. Kurt dominates some more and we get the arm drag counter from the Angle Slam, but Joe is too big and falls on his ass and looks like an idiot. Kurt no sells it and gets another Angle Lock to make Joe tap again. HEY, STOP MAKING HIM TAP OUT, YOU FUCKHEADS. Kurt keeps looking bad, and decides now its time to do a finisher fest as Joe kicks out of the Angle Slam and counters another Angle Lock into the Muscle Buster to even it up. There were easier ways to do that, guys. Kurt now goes after the leg with a chop block and locks in another goddamn Angle Lock, and Joe counters again to kick Kurt away, but instead of falling to the floor, Kurt catches himself on the mat and goes for a flying nothing and Joe catches him for a Belly to Belly, but Kurt counters into a shoddy looking Victory Roll to take another pin. They now fight on the outside and slowly lumber around the ring throwing bad shots at each other as they're both gassed and out of ideas. Joe now stops selling his leg and beats Kurt up and hits the Muscle Buster, and because he's not Kurt and won't let anyone kill his finish, Kurt gets his foot on the ropes to save it. Joe locks in the Choke, but Kurt keeps countering and fighting out. Joe now locks in a really bad looking Angle Lock at the end, but Kurt is a nutcase and refuses to tap and survives as the time runs out.

MASSIVE Piece of shit, and the first real chink in the armour of Joe's booking since the terrible match with JJ a few months ago. It's all downhill from here until they decide to fix it, but it's too little too late by then.

In the back, JB interviews Sting. The backstage is now all black except for a green light, so I guess they had like 75% of a power outage? I can't think of any kind of real reason for that lighting. But okay. Sting says he will separate the strings between puppet and puppet master, and James Mitchell and Abyss come over. Speak of the devil, and the devil, he doth appear. Mitchell says Abyss is just a dumb animal, and Sting doesn't get to claim "divine purpose" when he acts like an animal too. There are now flashing lights too and Sting says he's going to send James Mitchell back to hell. Are they outside? Is that lightning? But then where does the green light come from? FUCK.

Match#7 Abyss (c) w/James Mitchell vs Sting vs Christian Cage (NWA-TNA World Heavyweight Championship- Elimination Match-Tomko is locked in a Shark Cage)
Sting lights everyone up in amazing form and really picks my spirts up after the last dreadful hour of wrestling. Lots of cool Sting moments as he's a ball of fire on everything, and the other two are awesome in their own cool ways. Cage is a sneaky shit as he takes advantage whenever he can and uses the cage to ram them both into it to give himself a chance. Abyss comes back to life and fights Cage for a few minutes, and it's really great once again. Even more so with the roles reversed as this freak is now trying to kill this creepy little bastard. Tomko chokes Sting through the cage, and the ref misses Abyss' pinning Cage with the BHS. Sting comes back in AND RAMS ABYSS INTO CAGE AND HITS THE BIG MAN WITH THE DEATHDROP AND PINS THE CHAMPION TO GET RID OF HIM FIRST. WHOAH. Sting offers his hand like a real jerkoff, so Abyss chokes him and walks away. Cage takes over quick and we get out promised BFG singles match a few months late, but it's soooo good and fun as Cage beats the hell out of him, and Sting sells like crazy. Sting comes back and whips his ass. Mitchell comes back down to distract him, and he knocks a blackshirt out and unlocks the cage door to let Tomko out.Mitchell distracts the ref as Tomko takes Sting out with a Shock Treatment for a close near fall. Abyss runs down and fights Tomko and throws him back into the cage. Back in the ring, Cage is hit with the Killswitch by Sting, but he manages to kick out.The ref is bumped, and Mitchell gets in and hits Sting with his cane. Sting no sells it and attacks him, BUT ABYSS PUNCHES STING IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD WITH HIS CHAIN. FUCK YEAH. CHRISTIAN HITS THE FROGSPLASH AND WINS THE TITLE BACK

In the back, a drunk Runt and 3D walk into the Zone. Spike says its not a big deal, so 3D shove him into a wall and say they were screwed over by family. They have a rematch tonight, and he needs to stay out of it or he's dead.

Match#1 LAX (c) vs Team 3D (NWA-TNA World Tag Team Championships)
3D attack the champions from behind like complete cowards, and we get a super fun brawl at ringside thanks to LAX bumping like crazy. Spike walks out again and tries to get, but Bubba drags him away. LAX take over on D-Von as a result and it's a better control work than the PPV as they beat the shit out of him with their great offence, and he actually fucking sells it. WOAH. Bubba has a fun hot tag to his credit, and i have no idea why he's trying on TV and not PPV. 3D go on a run and have Hernandez set up for Wazzup, but Spanish commentator Moody Jack walks over with the mic and distracts 3D, and CI is able to save. Moody gives Hernandez a loaded sock, and he knocks Bubba out to win.

In the bathroom, Gail and Jackie are fighting in a stall. Tenay says her name is Miss Tennessee, which is cool given Storm's nickname. Blackshirts break it up.

In a pre-tape, Christy talks about WWE firing her for not laying down for men. Women deserve respect. Kip walks on eating some food and talks more shit and throws it at her. BG tries to break it up, and Kip just laughs. Why is this a thing, Russo????

NEWWWWWWW Worlds Champion, Christian Cage makes his out to the ring, and says he told us the biggest star in wrestling would regain the top prize in the game. There's not rest for the wicked as he's facing Kurt Angle in a few weeks at AAO. He's not waisting time listing off his accomplishments like being the biggest asshole he's ever met. Kurt now comes out in full gear as he's a crazy person. Angle says he needs to be careful without his bodyguard here to protect him. He wants him to love the belt for the next 3 weeks because he's taking it home. He spits on him like a massive dickhead. Cage says that's what makes them champions with their confidence, but he knows out to channel his emotions unlike him. He knows he needs to get into his head and see what he makes him tick, so he's hired a consultant who thinks and wrestles like him. This person hates him, just like Christian does. Kurt asks who it is, and cage says he spat in his face and now he wants an answer. Kurt keeps asking and names Goldberg and Brock as possible people. Kurt finally snaps and punches him in the face and lays him out with a German and locks in the Angle Lock until Cage escapes.

AT A PRISON, STEVE STINGER BORDEN BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF MITCHELL. Sting demands to know what Abyss is hiding, and Mitchell says "Chris Parks was here for 6 years" and he's not telling him why. Abyss is a piece of shit who was nothing before he met him, and will be nothing after he's done with him. Sting says he sees a human in Abyss and he's going to help him. Mitchell refuses to tell Sting why, so Sting handcuffs him to a fence and says he's getting his answers from Abyss tonight.

In the back, Shelley is filming Nash. He finds JB and says if he has any work to call him, and JB says he might actually!!! Kev looks at Lethal and Dutt and says its' time to leave the nest, and maybe get an extreme makeover. STARR RUNS ON AND BEATS THE SHIT OUT OF SENSHI AND THROWS HIM INTO A WALL AND RUNS OFF.

In the back, Kurt screams at Cornette about what as happened, and he needs to know. Corny says he doesn't know at all, and Kurt is the cornerstone of TNA and he needs to think. HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA FUCK OFF. Corny tells him to calm down and worry about facing AJ STYLES TONIGHT. WAIT WHAT??? You can't just give that away for free, Russo. Fuck me.

We see footage of Lance Hoyt getting into a fight at the PPV pre show with those baseball dickheads AJ and Torborg. Oh no.

Match#2 James Storm w/Miss Tennessee vs Lance Hoyt
Only 2 minutes as Russo is Russo. Still, lots of nice Storm punches and cheating as he's looking fantastic in this role. Hoyt is whatever, but he tries hard. Sadly, the baseball guys get involved and get Hoyt with a chair, and Storm nails the superkick to win.

Post match, Gail attacks Jackie, but Storm saves and kills her with the Eye of the Storm. Petey runs down and tries to help, but he's double teamed and left laying. On the outside, the baseball guys draw on Hoyt's head.

In the back, Eric Young goes to JB and says they need to go shopping for condoms before next week. AJ comes over and Eric leaves. AJ says Kurt's been pampered because of his gold medal, but that was 11 years ago, and he hasn't earned things like he has. He says it doesn't matter if he gets cheered or booed, because he's still Phenomenal. Awesome babyface promo? I guess.

In the back, Steve Borden arrives.

Match#3 AJ Styles vs Kurt Angle
AJ tries to take it to the mat and gets shown up, and starts jumping up and down like a little kid...Kurt beats his ass with his bad looking strikes as he's not laying them in at all after a few really good months of him doing so. AJ takes awesome bumps on everything of course, and makes it worth a damn because he's not letting ANYONE ruin him. Tomko walks down and watches at ringside, and he now has blonde in his beard and looks so bad. AJ attacks from behind to take over, but his control is cut out by the add break so we only get a little bit. Still, really fucking great watching AJ do his thing against Angle, and smoking him in every aspect of pro wrestling. AJ gets a ton of close calls and really shines in control with his shit talking. He misses a chair shot and smacks his hand with it, and Kurt hits an Angle Slam and wins. AJ getting beaten by one is bullshit all things considered.

Post match, Cage and Tomko beat the shit out of Angle, and AJ joins in. Rhino runs down and fights AJ off, sadly. Joe now runs down and makes the save for Kurt. Cage gets the mic and asks if Kurt now has a clue. Kurt and Joe argue as blackshirts keep them apart. Nice little twist on this story.

Steve Stinger is in the ring and calls Abyss out, and the big man answers the call. Sting keeps asking why he was in prison and he needs to stand for something. IT'S NOT YOUR BUSINESS, YOU JERK. Abyss tries to speak but he can't do it, so Sting shoves him and shoves the bat into his stomach and says he wants to help him. Abyss now cowers in the corner like a dweeb, and Sting says it's public record so he'll get the facts. The crowd now chants "STING IS A BULLY" as Abyss screams to end it.

We open the show with a shot of a public records office, and Tenay says he has investigated Abyss and will have answers tonight. Holy shit, you are a bully.

TONIGHT; CHRISTIAN VS DANIELS. WELL, HELL YEAH

Samoa Joe makes his way out to the ring. He says Kurt and the fans have a lot of questions him for him after helping Angle last week. Joe screams he wouldn't save Kurt from an oncoming train, or spit on him if he was on fire. He didn't lose at FR, he just ran out of time. He says he wants to give Kurt a fair title match, so he's now the very unofficial enforcer at AAO. He knows Kurt can kill Cage without Tomko involved, and he wants just that so he can beat Kurt for the title. Kurt now comes out in full gear once again. He's none too pleased about this as he thought this was over after the PPV. He doesn't have a problem with him wanting to fight, its how he's doing it. Kurt brings up what Cage spoke about last week about the consultant, and he saw him and a chair last week to close the show. He doesn't need to get it, if he wants to train Cage to help that's fine. BUT, he's going to snap his ankle and shove it up his ass if he helps him. Joe cuts him off and says he's going to be his best friend as he wants the title after beating hm.

Christian and Tomko now come out, and Cage says Joe's not the consultant as he's not good enough to consult him on anything. However, he's such a damn good liar that he doesn't even know when he's lying anymore. He's going to give him a second hint after tonight, and maybe that person is closer than he thinks. JOE JUMPS KURT WITH A KNEE AND THEY FIGHT BEFORE BLACKSHIRTS DRAG THEM APART. Tomko walks over to the announce booth and says Cage has told him there will be changes, and it starts with the announcers.

This story is fantastic.

In the back, Abyss is wreaking things again as Mitchell speaks to JB. He says Sting committed crimes captured on camera, and he must REALLY want to go to prison and be one of those guys traded for cigarettes. James says he's going to make this easy, meet them in the prison yard at AAO. OH NO. James warns Sting not touch the puss filled boil that is Abyss' past. You think you're giving him a key to heaven, but his words will ignite heaven on fire.

In Jim office, he's speaking to Serotonin. Jim says he doesn't understand or like their lifestyle, or why Raven attacks them, but he's paying Raven to wrestle and make money for him. He doesn't care if he blows them up and kills them after, but he's facing Rhino tonight.

We go back to the ring where Rhino runs down for the match. Serotonin attack him, and get promptly murdered. Raven gets in and kills him with a cane to the head, BUT HE TAKES HIS MASK OFF AND IT'S AJ STYLES. WOOO. AJ BREAKS THE CANE OVER THE BACK OF RHINO'S HEAD. HE GETS A CHAIR AND HITS A VILE SHOT TO THE FUCKING FACE AND RHINO IS A BLOODY MESS. WHAT AN ANGLE.

In the TV truck, Cage and Tomko have taken it over and demands 9 camera's over Cage's face at all times. If they don't, heads will roll.

ERIC YOUNG BUYING RUBBERS.

In the back, Robert Roode tells Miss Brooks she has till next week to get that contract signed.

Match#1 Chris Sabin vs Austin Starr vs Senshi vs Jerry Lynn
Fun 4 minutes as 3 of the 4 are the best dudes in the world, and Lynn can still hang for the most part. Both feuds get time in the ring, and Aries/Ki is stellar as it's smooth and violent as possible. Ki/Sabin also fight, and hey that's awesome as fuck again. Aries/Ki fight off, and back in the ring Lynn counters the Shock into a shitty looking rollup to beat the champ.

In a pre-tape, VKM speak. BG tries to say sorry to Hemme, but Kip cuts him off and says this is a man's world and will stay as such until wrestling is dead. BG walks off very sad.

In another pre-tape, Konnan has a walker to get him around. He says they've broken two teams up since they got here, and 3D are next on the list. They need to forget about the titles, and worry about their health instead. To live and to die is LAX.

Sting now comes out and says he has demons like everyone, but you gotta die to live. Abyss has been hiding and protecting something for ten years. He now knows what he did, and he will tell everyone but knows this will lead to the wrath of Abyss. He deserves it, but he will put his life on the line to get this done. Abyss put three bullets in to the back of a man and placed him into a coma, but that man is alive AND HE'S ABYSS' FATHER. He wants to know why he did it and what caused it, and he's got some explaining to do. Abyss now runs out and attacks this piece of shit for airing his dirty laundry in public, and really lays in a great beating as they fight over the Zone. Abyss beats the fuck out of him and chokeslams him through a table. He throws him out of a door, and we get the infamous shot of DW and Mike reading off a script.They brawl out to the carpark, and Abyss further wreaks this douchebag. Mitchell shows up and throws a fireball into Sting's eyes. GOOD FUCK HIM.

We come back from break to see Sting being taken away in an ambulance. DW make a burning man joke to close it.

JB interviews-
-Cage and Tomko are here, and Cage says he never say any of that coming, and now Sting is on fire. But through that all, he's still the star of the show. He tells the numbuts in the truck to get all the cameras on him.

In a pre-tape, Daniels says he's been the shining light of TNA's X-Division and did it with a sore neck, and maybe it's time to see whose best interests he should be serving.

Match#2 Christian Cage w/Tomko vs Christopher Daniels
DW tells the story of Daniels now being a man trying to find himself, and it's a cool story to tell if TNA is going to do it proper and push Daniels. Oh, silly me. This is only 5 minutes as this Russo angle heavy, but it's two of the best going at it so it works. Daniels has a fun run off on offence and looks to have Cage's number, but Tomko shoves him off the top to kill him. Joe now walks down and sits at ringside. We get a short but fun control seg of Cage doing sweet basics, and Daniels selling it very well. Jb walks down and asks Joe what's he's doing, and Joe says proving a point. Daniels makes a great comeback kicking Cage's ass all over the place with so much fire and sick offence, and Cage sells like death for all of it. Daniels gets the Koji clutch on, and Tomko goes to attack, but Joe scares him off. Daniels stupidly lets it go, and Cage fires off a kick to the dick and hits the Killswitch to win.

Post match, Christian takes Joe's towel and gives him a thumbs up. Angle runs down and gets in Joe's face about it, as Cage laughs. Meanwhile, we see a sad Daniels yelling at himself.

In the back, Chris Sabin is dressed as an old man coughing and spluttering as he asks for food and talks about crazy kids these days. Back in his day, they had two sided rings made of cow balls. He farts and leaves the scene. The best part is seeing Bob Backlund hanging out backstage.

Match#1 Jay Lethal vs Alex Shelley vs Sonjay Dutt vs Austin Starr vs Jerry Lynn
3 minutes but of course, Bro. To make matters even worse, Sabin comes down still being an old man. Everyone goes nuts and hits any and all cool shit they can think of from dives to big bombs, and its enough to make me smile. Sabin takes his robe off to show he's wearing a nappy, and he trips Lynn and allows Starr to steal the win. Fuck off

In the back, Cage tells Tomko to cater to "him" as he's still on the fence. Tomko doesn't want to, but Cage says he needs to take one for the team. Tomko sadly walks off as, Cage says good things happen to good people like he did for him.

We go to a Shelley produced video!! We find LAX going into a pizza restaurant. They run right down to the kitchen and ask for someone named Nick. An old man walks over as Ci breaks a plate. Hernandez strangles him with a belt, AND CI PICKS UP A KNIFE BUT SAYS HE'S NOT WORTH IT. He hits him with a tray instead and makes Hernandez shoves him into a pizza oven as it cuts away.

We come back, and Mike says its one thing to fight in the Zone, but it's another go after family. WAIT, is he implying that was Big Daddy Dudley the famous travelling salesman who fathered the entire clan?? if that was the case, why the fuck was he working in a Pizza place. Goddamn it, Russo don't fuck with lore.

Samoa Joe now comes out wearing a lame as fuck TNA shirt as they've started to break him and the aura. Joe says he's not being babysat by Tomko and he will make it clear to everyone tonight, that the business he has it how long it's gong to take kick Cage's ass. Christian comes on the screen and asks if they're in cahoots and laughs about it as he says they both know the truth. He feels really good about all of this, and it's like chicken soup for the soul, hey Joe-Joe bear. He's giving a third hint tonight, unless he already did.

In the back, Bob Backlund and VKM are waiting for Cornette to come out of his office. JB now hypes a call line where fans can vote for Joe, Brock or Goldberg. Storm and Tennessee walk on as JB says they're in a mixed tag match at the PPV. Jackie says she's beaten up a lot of girls in this world, and Gail better get ready. EY runs on and asks Storm if he said anything about last week, and STORM ASKS IF HE'S TALKING ABOUT THE RUBBERS. Storm says it's all over the world that the people are watching. Storm tells him to brand that steer. In the background, Hemme and Kip storm into Corny's office.

In the carpark, Mitchell tells Abyss to ramp up the violence and send a stake through Sting's heart. He demands he go and find him.

We get a recap about EY and Brooks.

Match#2 Petey Willams w/Gail Kim vs Robert Roode w/Miss Brooks
2 minutes and change as Russo is on fire tonight. Fun fight between the two former pals as they kick the shit out of each other and go wild as they can for the time. Mike says he's heard from DW that Chris Harris may never come back from his injury. Roode gets a short control seg, but he looks awesome again throwing great shots and bombs to Petey. The women fight at ringside, and Storm runs in and kills Petey will a Superkick to give his future partner the win.

Post match, the heels attack, but EY runs down and makes the save. Brooks goes to hit him, but she can't do it!!!! Roode pulls her out and tells at her, and EY shoves him into the rails. AND HE WALKS OFF ARM IN ARM WITH BROOKS. FUCK YEAH EY.

In the Corny's office, Kip and Christy yell at each other a lot. Jim breaks it up and demands to know what she wants. She says she wants a public apology or him fired. Kip laughs and tells her to suck it. Jim breaks it up again and says Christy wants to be a wrestler, so she can have a match at the PPV against a TBD person.

James Mitchell comes out to the ring with Abyss' music playing over the top in a cool little thing. He says Sting played with fire and got burnt, and he can't say he wasn't warned. His behaviour over the last few months caused this as he took Abyss from champion to lose, so he then did the uthinkable and opened pandora's box by telling the secret. Now Abyss is worse off then when he met him. Have you no human decency. Abyss is nothing without him, he's an animal he has domesticated to do his bidding and when he's done, he's sending him to the slaughter house and replace him with a new monster. He's got Abyss looking for him right now. They can do this two ways, show the tape to the cops and see Sting go away for 15-20, or do it in a prison yard. Sting has never been behind bars like him and Abyss, and he's got no idea what's coming to him. Sting's music hits and we see him in the rafter wearing an Abyss mask over his painted face. KILLLLL MEEEEEEE

A vignette airs of Christopher Daniels asking what the meaning of it all is.

In the back, D-Von says he's a man of few words as his partner does the talking. But's talking tonight as his brother is with the family, and LAX disrespected theirs. Hell will be paid as this now about respect and they will teach them. Fuck off.

Match#3 AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe
In a classic Russo doesn't understand pro wrestling, he throws one of the biggest matches TNA has on free TV with no fucking build for 3 fucking minutes. STILL it's these two riffing and doing their thing as AJ now stooges and gets murdered for it, and Joe murders people like very few wrestling can. AJ manages to sneak in an eye poke, and fires back with his amazing punches and decks Joe a few times as he cleans his clock. It's great as hell. AJ ramps it up and kills him with the Dropkick right to the chest, and Joe crumbles as he lands. AJ keeps at the eyes to stay in control, and he's such a great piece of shit. Joe cuts off another Dropkick and slams AJ face first off the mat and beats his ass in revenge. He hurls him to the floor and AJ screams in pain as he holds his knee, but Joe smartly doesn't fall for it. Rhino runs down and decks him, and throws him back in and helps Joe beat him up as the match just ends.

AJ and Rhino fight away, as Joe gets a mic and gets in the ring. Joe says until Cage gets into his ring looks him in the eyes, he's not leaving. Kurt walks down to the ring STILL IN FULL GEAR. He asks Joe to not screw him at the PPV, but to do it now right in front of his face. Kurt calls him a liar, so Joe jumps up and fights him again and lays waste to this goon. Cage runs down and swings a chair at Joe, but he ducks and he kills Kurt with it. Cage smiles and offers his hand, AND JOE FLIPS HIM OFF AND ATTACKS HIM. GOD YES. WAIT, AJ GRABS JOE'S LEG AND HELPS CAGE FIGHT JOE AND HE HITS HIM WITH A CHAIR TO THE LEG AND BACK. CAGE SETS ANGLE UP FOR THE KILLSWITCH, AND AJ HITS KURT ACROSS THE BACK WITH THE CHAIR AND CAGE NAILS IT. AJ AND CHRISTIAN SHAKE HANDS OVER A DEAD KURT ANGLE. Holy shit, yeah.

Post match, Abyss shows off his new red mask and kills Andy with the Shock Treatment. Shane Douglas comes out to yell at the Nats for still wearing his shirt. NO. Anyway, Sting shows up on the screen wearing the stupid mask over his facepaint and says he's been burnt and hurt before, but this is nothing to him. He promises that Mitchell will meet his end at AAO, and tonight when he comes eye to eye they will see they are coming to end of this series.

Russo is making me actively hate Sting showing up. Wonders never cease.

TONIGHT; AJ/CAGE VS JOE/ANGLE

In the back, Joe and Kurt are standing by. Joe says he's never needed to be a liar, and he HATES him but he has an investment in him winning. He will take out Tomko, and he better get the job done. He's got his back tonight, and he better have his. Kurt says he knows he's not the man Cage is talking about, and he's got his back tonight as well. He demands Christian bring his man down to the ring so he can kick both their asses.

In the back, Tomko is hitting things with a pipe with Cage walks over and asks what the deal is. Tomko says dealing with this guy is worse than dealing with him, and he's sick of it. Cage says that's uncalled for. He knows Tomko is the toughest SOB on the earth, and everything will go back to the way it was after the PPV. He gives Tomko the night off.

He drops a bunch of Sopranos references because he's a geek, and says they're getting whacked. Moody Jack comes out with Konnan in a wheelchair, and K-Dawg says they can all go to hell. He calls Bubba a fat fuck and says to save the hot air for his blowup doll. LAX is his family, and he loves them. Bubba calls him a bitch and says to walk down here if they didn't cripple him enough. K-Dawg speaks Spanish and says the war is coming and they accept the match because they run the streets.

A drunk Runt now comes out talking, and Bubba makes him leave, AND LAX ATTACK 3D FROM BEHIND. They beat the piss out of them in amazing amazing form, and Ci shouts "I HATE YOU" at D-Von, and he's just the best. He breaks a board over D-Von's skull, and Hernandez breaks a trash can over Bubba's face. CI GETS A FUCKING COAT HANGER AND CHOKES BUBBA, AND HERNANDEZ STUFFS BUBBA'S ARM IN BETWEEN THE STEPS AND SMASHES THEM WITH A CHAIR OVER AND OVER. FUCK YEAH KILL HIM. TO LIVE AND DIE IN LAX. 5150.

In the back, Hemme is being interviewed. She says she's gotten the chance and she's going to prove she can be part of this company. Kip walks on and acts like a prick and asks for a lap dance. BG yells to knock it off on a show his family watches, and he walks off on him. Kip pulls out 5 bucks and says they aren't even worth that.

AJ/Rhino is announced for AAO in Motor City Chain Match.

In the back, AJ says it's about time Kurt and Joe got on his level. Kurt did something at 26, but he was a triple crown champion TWICE. Joe has junk in the truck, and nothing else. AJ compares himself to a bumble bee who can do things no one else can, and he's phenomenal. He breaks out the chain and says Rhino will be looking up at him like always. Cage walks on and says he likes his style, and asks him to give Rhino a shot for him. Kurt and Joe are the supporting cast around here as he's the main star. Joe isn't the consultant at all, but he does have someone. The only thing Joe could consult him on is losing to Kurt, AND AJ SAYS HE DID IT TWICE. CAGE SAYS HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS, AJ IS A SMART GUY. AMAZING. Cage says when they find themselves in trouble against them and Joe has to tag Kurt, he better remember that.

Match#2 Chris Sabin, Austin Starr & James Storm w/Miss Tennessee vs Senshi, Rhino & Jerry Lynn
3 minutes as always, but sick enough to finally get on the board thanks to everyone going for broke. We see Raven and the boys in the crowd watching on. Lynn is quickly isolated and has his ass beaten by the heels, and each one looks tremendous in control. Ki has a fun hot tag battering the hell out of Starr for his crimes, and then smokes Storm as well. It all breaks down and everyone goes wild again. Sabin crotches Ki on top, and Starr hits the brainbuster to steal the win.

In the back, Brooks rubs EY's body and asks if he got the stuff she asked for. She kisses him and says he's going to seal the deal and she loves him.

Sting comes out wearing the mask and has a cage above him. He says it shows lust and greed, and he calls it a living hell. He says this storming the gates of hell, and he shows he's got Mitchell locked up in it. He says this Sunday will be the last time we ever see him, and Abyss now runs down and tries to save him. Sting easily beats him up now with a chair like the bully he is, and makes Abyss look like complete shit. Abyss thankfully fights back and slams him into the cage where Mitchell wraps his belt around Sting's throat, and Abyss brains him with a chair shot to the face.

LOCKDOWN APRIL 15TH. OH NO.

Lance Hoyt will face one of those Baseball guys at the PPV in a BASEBRAWL MATCH. WCW 2000 might not be as dead we once thought.

Match#3 AJ Styles & Christian Cage vs Samoa Joe & Kurt Angle
SIX MINUTES. Awesome brawl to start as all the hate and fire comes out after last week, and it's everything you could want from these 4. Joe does his NOPE when AJ tries a moonsualt, and then he kills Cage for the hell of it. AJ comes back to life and kills him with the Forearm to go to the break as he stands tall! We come back with the heels in control on Joe, and we get 4 seconds before Joe hits the Uranggie on on Cage and takes in the nutcase. Kurt loses his mind with GROSS suplexes that turn AJ in half as he sends him on the back of his fucking skull, and he does the same to Cage as well. Kurt hits AJ with the Angle Slam, and they actually have Cage save instead of Kurt killing it off again. AJ tries to fight back, but Rhino crotches him on the top and AJ is hit with the Super Angle Slam for the loss.

Post match, the faces all celebrate and Joe and Kurt shake hands. A masked man gets in and hits Joe and Rhino with a pipe, and Kurt tackles him and takes the mask off, AND IT'S BIG POPPA PUMP SCOTT STEINER. He murders Kurt with the help of Cage and AJ, and leaves everyone laying. He locks in the Recliner with the pipe and screams he's the man around here as Cage talk shit to a now dead Kurt Angle.

Zero clue what Steiner can teach Christian about Kurt other than being a deranged insane person who adores suplexing people on their heads, and freaky sex. But hey, he's back and that's amazing in and of itself, so i'm here for it.

-LAX sneak attack them and kick the piss of them of them with wooden little tables set up in the ring.
-Ci kills Bubba with his amazing Tope-Con-Hilo to crush him into the rails
-HERNANDEZ TRIES HIS SUPER DIVE, BUT D-VON CRACKS HIM IN FUCKING HEAD WITH A CHAIR
-Everyone fights on the stage and LAX get their asses handed to them as they take some wild bumps on it.
-Bubba pays some cage girls to dance with him, but Ci attacks from behind with a chair and hits this gross goof.
-LAX take over on D-Von for a great brutal control seg with double teams and plunda use
-CI USES A PIZZA CUTTER TO RIP D-VON'S SKULL OPEN. FUCK YEAH
-Bubba fires back with a cheese grater to kill Ci in revenge, and busts him open.
-Some goons try to help LAX, but they're promptly killed off
-3D fuck LAX up and it's the best they've looked in years and years
-LAX rule from fighting from underneath and nearly steal it when they slam Bubba through a table, but he kicks out just in time
-The goons get involved again and turn the tide, and Hernandez KILLS D-Von with the Border Toss to win

-Austin Starr is the real starr of this company and had it not been for being sidetracked by Nash, he would be a champion by now. Bob Backlund is running around in the background being insane, and Aries spots him and says he's going to hurt him if he ever puts hands on him again. He walks away, and Bob uses a bunch of very hard to spell words and stares at JB for a while to end it.

Match#2 Austin Starr vs Senshi
Fantastic opening minute as they go for broke with super hard strikes and killer counters as they know each other so well. Aries drops his neck down on the ropes and then hits his perfect Tope to hurt him worse. His control is tremendous as he's still the smoothest dude, and a little pissant we want to see die. Ki's selling rock as Starr works the body with chops and cool moves, and Ki dies on everything. Aries breaks out a wild gutwrench powerbomb that sends Ki onto his neck in a scary moment. Ki eventually comes back and murders him with kicks and other strikes, and poor little Aries dies over and over. They move into the finishing run and Aries keeps trying to use the Crossface to send a message, but Ki counters into a bridge with both mens shoulders down, but he gets his up at the last second to steal the win

Post match, Starr freaks out and throws chairs into the ring is a massive fit. He gets the mic and demands this match is restarted right now or he's throwing ALL the chairs in the Zone. He sits down and refuses to leave, BUT BOB BACKLUND COMES DOWN TO THE RING AND SCREAMS AT HIM. ARIES SLAPS HIM, AND BOB SNAPS AND LOCKS IN THE CHICKENWING AND STRANGLES HIM ALL THE WAY UP THE RAMP. FUCK YEAH, BOB.

JB-
-He's with Christian and Tomko, and the big man is not happy about this. He says he's worse than his old lady and Cage combined, and he needs to remember the pecking order or's going to hurt him.
-Scotty walks on and says he's an idiot and he's not working with him. HELL, CAGE SAID HE WOULD SHINE HIS SHOES IF HE ASKED HIM. He's a freaking moron and he's not helping.
-Cage gets in his face and says Angle stole his spot in TNA and took food off his kids plates, and that must mean that Kurt's kids are better than him. Scotty gets pissed and says he wants Cage's ass just as bad as he wants Kurt's. He storms off, and Cage makes Tomko go after him to fix it.

2 horrrrrrrrible minutes of Christy beating up this nasty fat fuck. He fights back and strips her pants off, and the camera does what you'd expect in 2007. Hemme eventually rips his clothes off to win.
Mr. Russo, what you've just booked is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever seen. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Post match, Hemme gets the mic and asks if that's what they wanted. She says she's not and that plan backfired. Kip James now comes out and mocks her about having no talent, and says that's not what the fans wanted. He dances and then rips her top off like a complete cunt, and she runs away.

In the back, Nash and the boys are hanging out watching a movie. Shelley says this is a movie about artistic passions that EY has been going through, and he's going to submit this for an Oscar.

We find Tracy in a hotel room talking to someone on the phone, and Shelley is filming and giving her directions on how to act. We get a knock on the door and then we are told this will be continued

Match#4 Lance Hoyt w/David Eckstein vs Dale Torborg w/ A. J. Pierzynski (BaseBrawl Match)
Lance Hoyt is tasked with carrying someone for the first time in a massive ask, and even more so when that person is the Kiss Demon of all people. Awful, awful fight to start around ringside, and then AJ lowblows Hoyt to turn the tide, and Demon's control is dismal as his offence is all weak and bad looking, and he's clearly gassed after not wrestling for 7 years. Hoyt makes a bad comeback where he botches a moonsault and nearly breaks his neck off it. Another baseball dude gets involved and hits Torborg with a chair, and Lance hits a terrible looking F5 to win.

In the back, Nash compliments Shelley's skills and asks if she did the deed. Shelley says he will find now, unless he read the spoilers online. We go back to the hotel where a very nervous EY walks in with half eaten chocolates and fake flowers. Tracy rips his shirt off and says this is her first time as well, so this will be very special for both of them. She demands he sign the contact, but EY says his friend told him not to. The camera cuts away again.

Hype for AJ/Rhino.

Match#5 AJ Styles vs Rhino (Motorcity Chain Match)
The key is on a POLE and a nightstick is on another POLE because Russo is a deranged kink fetish freak, and we all must suffer as a result. ALSO, they have to use handcuffs to lock the chain in place because TNA can't even get that right. AJ stooges like a god as he runs away and does all he can to avoid dying, but Rhino catches him and messes him up on the outside. They fight over the chain, and Rhino is able to overpower him and kills him with it. Some wonderful AJ bumps happen as he's doing full flips and landing on his face throughout. AJ manages to finally hit dat dropkick to send the chain into Rhino's skull to take over, and he beats his head in with the chain in amazing form. AJ gets super violent with stiff kicks to the chest and head, and he's sooo amazing as a heel at this point. He kills him with the Forearm using the chain to break Rhino's brain even more. AJ cuts him off and beats him worse and worse with the chain, and it's really good but lacking the blood to make it better. AJ climbs up and gets the key off the POLE and unlocks himself. Styles cuffs the chain to the ropes and taunts him with the key, AND HE HITS A PERFECT PELE KICK AND NEVER DROPS THE KEY AMAZING. Rhino comes back to life and hits the Gore to drop him, but he can't reach the key, so Hebner kicks it over to him. Rhino gets free and murders him in revenge, and gets a table out. He tries to Gore him, but AJ ducks under and Rhino knocks himself out cold and AJ gets the 3.

We go back to the viewing party where the boys bet on if EY can do the deal. Back in the motel, EY still doesn't want to sign it. Tracy takes her clothes off and places the contract on her chest and he signs it. She makes him close her eyes for a surprise, and then runs out of the room. She finds Roode waiting and shows off the contract, and he says good job. We go back to the party where Nash says he had more game an embryo. Bob runs on and says this is destroying the world and the youth of today, and everyone runs off.

Hype for Sabin/Lynn.

Match#6 Chris Sabin (c) vs Jerry Lynn (NWA-TNA X-Division Championship Match)
Lynn tries to work the RVD/Lynn opening, but Sabin bails out to the floor before he can get sucked into it. He keeps stalling and messing with the old man, and it's such a great thing to see him simply not engage and leave Jerry with his dick in hands like a goof. He keeps it up for a good 5 minutes and pisses him off more and more, so Jerry finally gives chases and sucks him into trying a dive and makes him eat shit as he walks off. BUT SABIN RUNS AT HIM AND KICKS THE ROPES INTO HIS DICK TO TAKE OVER. He bashes the crap out of him as he talks a ton of shit, and he's finally there 100% as a heel after a rocky start. He works the neck with some killer work, and the old man sells his ass off for the kid. The old man makes a comeback and forces Sabin to eat some well deserves shit. The kid fights back and we move into the finishing run in a proper old vs new school mentality as Sabin is doing all his cool stuff, and Lynn is Lynn. Sabin Back Drops out of the Cradle Piledriver and Lynn tries the Sunset Flip. Sabin sits down on it and grabs the middle rope to pin him.

Robert Roode and Ms Brooks now come out with the newly signed contract. Could have waited for Impact, guys. Anyway, he makes EY come out as the newest member of Roode Inc, and he's very sad as he walks out to the ring. Roode says he couldn't figure out why these people loved him, and he now knows it because they see themselves in him. A bunch of worthless idiots that will never know success. EY takes his jacket off and snatches the mic away and tries to talk, but he can't do it. Robert says he better get used to that as he does whatever he tells him whenever he tells him as he now owns him. He says if he hits him he's going to fire him and make sure he never wrestles again. The fans chant for EY to do it, but he can't do it and walks away with Robert and Brooks.

Yep, could have saved that for Impact.

JB-
-JB is with Cage and Tomko again.
-Tyson walks off very sad.
-Cage says everyone is trying to make a story out of this and make money and sell tickets, but that's not a problem when he's the world champion of TNA. Kurt has done it all as he keeps telling everyone, but this isn't 1996 anymore DR Evil, and this gold belongs to him. He's going to look up at the podium and see him holding it up.
-Corny walks on and says the title can change hands on a DQ, so his monkeys better not get involved or Kurt is taking the title home.

Match#7 James Storm & Miss Jackie Moore vs Petey Williams & Gail Kim
TNA shows guts as Petey gets to throw Jackie around and make her bump, and it's a cool thing to see after a ton of Russo nonsense. Gail kicks her ass as well, and reminds everyone that she's a great pro wrestler when given a proper chance. The fellas have a fun back and forth before Storm takes him out with a massive throw, and the heels go to work on him in a decent control seg. Nothing amazing or anything as there's two matches to go, but fun enough. Gail gets the hot tag and lights everyone up before it breaks down as it tends to. Storm punches Gail from the apron and Jackie pins her to win.

Post match, Storm and Petey fight over the bottle, and Petey gets knocked out with the superkick. Jackie kills the ref for the hell of it, and they go to kill Petey will the DS, BUT CHRIS HARRIS RUNS OUT OF NOWHERE TO THROW JACKIE OFF THE TOP ROPE AND CHASES STORM OFF. JAMES IS SCARED TO DEATH AS HARRIS YELLS AT HIM IN THE RING. GOD YES.

Hype for PRISON BREAK JONES

In the back, Sting is standing there with a neon green light shooting off his head. He's still got the mask on and says for 10 days he's felt Chris' guilt and he's sick to his stomach. The devil is on Abyss's shoulders and he's going to plant Mitchell in his own corner of hell. END TIMES ARE HERE.

Match#8 Abyss w/James Mitchell vs Sting (Prison Yard Match)
You win by shoving guy into a cage because all prison fights end like that, and not a dude being shanked in the neck. They fight in the back in front of some fans and use some plunda to wreaks brains. Sadly, Sting is STILL wearing that awful mask, but he does do a SICK dive off the top of the balcony to send him through a table. They fight back into the Zone and do some basic brawling and Abyss' arm gets cut up with wire. Sting steals Mitchell's belt and beats him in the face with it and busts him open. Love that he's the centerpiece of a feud and not the actual wrestlers. Real Don Callis 2025 bullshit. Anyway, Abyss fights back and smashes a police light over Sting's head, and DW shouts he's spread eagle on the mat. Abyss keeps kicking ass and doing perfectly fine Abyss things, but it lacks any real fire or cool gross shit to make it worth sitting though this trash feud. The bullshit hits as Sting fights back but wants revenge on Mitchell, and it lets Abyss stay in the fight. Abyss stupidly climbs the cage for no actual reason, and Sting hits him with a bat and then powerbombs him through a barbedwire table. Sting picks him up and throws him into the cage to win.

Post match, Sting beats Mitchell up for a while. Again, love hating Sting at any point in his career. Kudos TNA.

-Kurt is backstage all somber and not insane as love and know, and JB says he's in the zone.
-Kurt says he's never taken aynthing for granted when he got here as they're the best just as he is. He beat Joe up like he's never beaten anyone up, but Joe did the same to him. This is about seizing the chance to take the title, and while Cage is a great champion, he's just not good enough.

Hype for Kurt/Cage.

Before the match, blackshirts make Tomko leave. Joe isn't there either, so you know TNA has something in store for us.

Match#9 Christian Cage (c) vs Kurt Angle (NWA-TNA World Heavyweight Championship Match- Unofficial Outside Enforcer-Samoa Joe )
Nevermind, Joe comes out in with his hands taped for a fight and sits at ringside. Kurt does his thing to start as Cage does all he can to run and avoid it, but the wrestling machine comes all the same. 4 MINUTES IN AND KURT HITS CAGE WITH AN ANGLE SLAM TO THE POST HAHAHAHAHAH I LOVE IT MAN. Even Joe can't help but smile at this nutcase. Kurt beats the shit out of Cage's back with good looking hard strikes for once, and Christian's selling and bumping are all tremendous. Kurt misses a charge and hits the post with his shoulder, and now badly hurt Christian goes to work on him as he hits a neckbreaker on the floor. He throws him back in and wrenches the broken freaking neck with a nasty chinlock that turns him purple as he gets tighter and meaner with. Kurt manages to fight back as he goes berserker mode with suplexes and throws, and then locks in an Angle Lock, BUT CAGE SHOVES THE REF DOWN AND CLIMBS OVER HIM TO GET OUT AND THEN KICKS KURT RIGHT IN THE FUCKING DICK AND HITS THE UNPREITTER FOR A SUPER INSANE 2.9 COUNT. Christian doesn't lose his head and stays on him with an attack on the neck using the ropes, and lays in more cool shots to him, and it's a fantastic piece or work from our hero. Kurt again fights back and hits an armdrag off the top to fuck them both up. Kurt fires off a series German's and kills Cage over and over on each other and then hits the massive one to send Cage onto his face, BUT KURT HOLDS ON AND HITS ANOTHER AND ANOTHER FOR 7 AND DAMN NEAR GETS THE 3 COUNT. AJ runs down to distract Kurt, and Joe scares him off and chases after him. Back in the ring, we hear a crack and DW says Cage hit Kurt with a chair. He hits the Frog Splash for another near fall. He hits the Unprettier and Kurt kicks out again in a bullshit call. Joe comes back out and dares Cage to fight him, but he won't do it. Kurt gets sent in to the ref, and Joe throws Cage back into the wolves and he eats an Angle Slam, but hey Cage kicks out. The ref gets taken out again, and now Tomko runs down and attacks Joe. Kurt takes Tomko out with another series of German's. Scotty runs down with a pipe, and is easliy taken out by Kurt, and Joe fights Tomko. He goes nose to nose with Kurt, BUT JOE RUNS OFF AND KILLS THE HEELS WITH A ELBOW TOPE. They all fight off again. Back in the ring, Kurt locks in the Angle Lock, BUT CAGE GETS THE PIPE AND KNOCKS HIM OUT COLD AND HITS THE UNPRETTIER TO WIN.

He gets the mic and says Cage called him for some help to beat Kurt, and he didn't think it would be SO easy. Steiner says this all happened because back in August his contract negations were stalled because TNA were signing a big star, and that was Angle. He's beaten everyone that Kurt has beaten. John Cena, beat him. Batista, beat him. I DON'T CARE HOW MANY TIMES TRIPLE H SPLET WITH THE BOSSES DAUGHTER. I BEAT HIM. He knows he's better than Kurt because his wife keeps calling him to see what its like to be with a real man. Tell your bitch to stop calling. Kurt now comes out and says he doesn't know him very well, but he's a rep as a self-centered SOB in the business. He's not here for the money as he gladly kick his ass for free. He's here to build this company and help TNA go against his former boss. Scotty says screw him he's got what he wants. Kurt drops the mic and they have a fun little fight. Cage runs down and tries to help, but he gets killed as well, and as does Tomko. Eventually the numbers get Angle as he's beaten to shit, but all the faces run down to save him.

Kurt gets the mic and looks at Joe and says they've been to hell and back, and he promised him a shot. He's going to have to go through a gauntlet tonight to get it, and he's going to have to go throuygh him. May the best man win. He offers his hand and Joe takes it.

Steiner walks off in anger. Cage turns to Tomko and says he's always been like a SON to him. Tomko says he's got a match dad, and walks away.

Fantastic violent murder squash from our boys. Ci is a ball of manic energy as always, and Hernandez is a freaking monster killing everyone. Ci kills Sharky with the Border toss, and then Ci hits a Back Senton to beat him.

Team 3D comes on the tron and they say they brought a member of their family, their cousin Steve! And Bobby Baccalieri comes on and calls them animals with cheap rags on their head. Bubba says they're gonna beat them up in a Belting Pot match with all their posses around the ring with straps in their hands.

-Brooks and EY are there, and EY is very sad as he thought she loved him, she calls him pathetic and gross, and no one like her would ever like anyone like him. Roode walks on and makes him take off his shirt and says he's there tonight to make sure he wins a title shot.

Recap of Gail/Jackie

The ladies come out for an arm wrestling match with no build. Hi, Russo. Anyway, Gail easily wins, and they fight in the ring. Storm gets involved to turn the tide, but Petey tries to save. He gets taken out as well, BUT CHRIS HARRIS JUMPS THE RAIL AND CHASES STORM OFF. FUCK YEAH.

In the back, a new announcer tells Sabin that next week there will be a 5 way #1 contenders ladder match to see who faces him at Destination X. Sabin does his terrible old man impression, but Backlund walks on and rips him for picking on old people and making them feel bad. He's going to be there next week and he will handpick someone to beat him. YOU GOT THAT YOUNG MAN, THEY'RE MY FRIENDS.

PAPARAZI IDOL TIME. Nash, So-Cal and Fat Naked guy are the judges. Sonjay can't sing a note nor can Jay, so Nash asks them to do something else, AND JAY DOES THE MACHO MAN IMPRESSION FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. WOOOOOOOOOO YEAH DIG IT.

- AJ takes all the amazing offence like only he can, and makes me like Sting again

-He does Rhino things to AJ, and we get more cool bumps before we go to the break.
We come back from the break where Sabin. Kip and Storm have all entered it
-#7 is Abyss
-He beats the shit out of everyone as he's a monster and whatnot, and it's better than anything he's done in months.
-He punches Sabin over and out
-#8 is Kurt Angle
-He suplexes everyone, and backdrops Storm out.
-#9 is Tomko
-AJ and Rhino have a fun fight tied in the ropes, but Tomko pushes them both out.
-BOOOOOOO
#10 is Samoa Joe
-He punches people in the face, and throws Kip out for being the worst.
-We come back from the break to see. EY, Roode and BG have all entered.
#14 is Steiner
-Scotty kills everyone and pushes BG out
-Sting saves Angle from being eliminated.
-JOE AND ABYSS FIGHT AND IT RULES SO MUCH. JOE RUNS AT HIM AND HITS A GROSS DROPKICK TO GET HIM OUT OF THERE.
-SCOTTY RUNS UP BEHIND KURT AND PUSHES HIM OUT IN A MASSIVE MOMENT.
-Roode steps up big time fighting Sting, and looking amazing as hell as he does it.
-EY won't help Roode, so Sting is able to lariat him out
-Steiner quickly pushes Sting out from behind.
-Tomko throws EY to the floor
-Joe, Seiner and Tomko are left
-Joe fights them both as best he can, but he gets dropped and the heels beat the fuck out of him with cool power stuff.
-Joe holds on for as long as he can as they fail to get him out
-Tomko shoves Steiner in anger, and Joe yanks Scotty out of the ring to the floor
-WE ARE DOWN TO TWO
-They have a killer 90 second fight, and Joe gets the Muscle Buster to win and finally gets his world title shot

Post match, Christian comes out pissed to hell about this, and yells at Scotty for fucking things up. He gathers the troops and circles Joe, but Kurt runs down to have his back as the show closes.

To start the show a giant steel X isn lowered down as Tenay calls its the intimidating Elevation X structure. Wait, this has never been mentioned before at all, so that's very odd to act like we should just know. AJ comes out and points and laughs at it, and Mike can read lips as he says "AJ just said that's my invention". AJ climbs it and says in case you forgot who he was, he's AJ Styles the most decorated man in the company and the man who invented the X-Division. HE'S ON TOP OF THE WORLD. He knows he has to raise the bar now, and it ain't getting higher than this. There's only room for one man at the top, and even you people can figure out what's going to happen to the other guy. So, it's a scaffold match but with a TNA twist to it. Not bad at all. Anyway, he challenges anyone to face him, and of course goddamn Rhino has to answer the call. He climbs up to the top, but AJ bails and quickly climbs down before he can get to him. Rhino gets the mic and says he's ran from him for the last time, and this invention will be the end of his career. He accepts the challenge. He keeps talking and promises to GORE him off the top at DX.

In the back, 3D and Bobby are backstage with JB. Bubba is wearing a DOOM CREW hat like a complete nerd and uses a bunch of Italian slang and sucks a ton at this. They're going to whack LAX.

Match#1 LAX w/Konnan vs Team 3D w/ Steve Schirripa(Belting Pot Match)
A bunch of goons are at ringside with straps, and the crowd is insane for all of this. 3D are once again trying and caring, so LAX are able to get more out of them for once. Ci takes a wild bums to the floor and gets hit with the belts, but he thankfully tosses D-Von to the floor a little latter for some sweet revenge. It keeps going like that for a while, and it's fun but not a lot to write about in terms of action. Bubba has a GOOD hot tag showing fire and passion as he kicks the shit out of LAX, and really does some cool shit. It all breaks down as all the seconds fight on the floor. Steve helps 3D beat up LAX, and Hernandez eats the 3D for the loss. BOOOOO

Another godforsaken Abyss/Sting recap.

In a pre-tape, Sting is laying on a coffin as he asks what it feels like to die. He believes it is a choice to choose darkness or be a new man. But it is a choice a man must make, and he believes in Abyss and his ability to make the choice. At DX, he's going to strap Abyss to this deathbed and when he sees the light, he will chose between darkness and maggots, or light and becoming a new man. That choice will be his as he no longer has the devil in his ear.

In the back, JB finds Abyss screaming and rocking back and forth. JB tries to ask him stuff, but he can't or won't answer. He finally stands up and slams JB against a fence throat first and screams a ton before throwing the camera man down.

Match#2 Robert Roode, James Storm & Eric Young w/Ms Brooks & Miss Jackie Moore vs Lance Hoyt & Voodoo Kin Mafia
BEER MONEY. Bad opening as VKM are proper washed and messed up, and Hoyt is a bum years away from getting weirdly good for a while. ALSO, it's 90 seconds on top of that because of course it is. Roode crotches Hoyt and steals the win.

in a pre-tape, Daniels says he's been looking inside himself to find answers on why things have gone the way they have. He now knows he must sacrifice himself to save the world.

In the ring, DW has a football player from Pros vs Joes to promote the show, but Abyss thankfully comes out to stop this. Abyss kills the player with a BHS and poses over his dead body. Ok then.

In the back, Lethal does another perfect impression of Savage. Nash says the white people try to keep black people like them down, and he needs to play the race card like him. AMAZING.

In the ring, we find Corny and Mike standing by. Jim says Cage and Joe are training for their world title match, and will be back next week. Mike introduces Scotty Steiner and Kurt Angle for a contract signing for DX. Uh, hell yeah lets get these freaks in the ring. Corny demands they behave and sit down like gentlemen. Steiner says after he beats him he's going to melt down his medal and see what he can get for it. I DOUBT I WOULD GET A COFFEE FOR IT. Kurt calls him a dumb fuck and says he's not here for selfish reasons like him, he wants to help TNA. Scotty wants to take it for every cent its worth. He's going to prove wrestling doesn't need people like him, and this will be his last match. They both sign it, and Kurt flips the table over and goes nose to nose with him. Scotty headbutts him and they beat the fuck out of each other, and we see that Steiner busted himself open as a result. Cage and Tomko run down and help beat him down, so i guess Corny was wrong. Scotty hits a nasty belly to belly to kill him, and then Cage cracks Kurt with the title to the face. They shove the contract down his throat. What an angle.

In a pre-tape, Joe talks about the 3 matches he had with Kurt pushing him to his limits like never before. He has surpassed limitations he never knew he had, and he's going to leave Cage wondering which. For 20 months they have tried to keep him at bay and deny him the title, but at DX will finally get his title.

Match#3 Senshi vs Jerry Lynn vs Austin Starr vs vs Jay Lethal vs Sonjay Dutt (#1 Contenders Ladder Match)
4 minute spotfest with a bunch of young wild kids and the old man doing as much as they can, with the little time they've got. Loads of cool dives using the ladder to hurt each other even more, like with a double dropkick ior a double dive to them. Aries goes on a run once again showing he's the best in the world despite being Austin Aries and all that comes with it. Aries, Lynn and Ki all fight on top of the ladder and the old man headbutts them off and takes down the X to win the title shot.

Post match, Lynn shakes Backlund's hand. Aries gets in and throws some sweat on Bob and tries to attack him, BUT BOB LOCKS IN THE CROSSFACE AGAIN AND STRANGLES HIM OUT. FUCK YEAH TNA
